الهدف: التعرف على أثر استخدام برنامج اتصالي لتوعية الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية القابلين للتعلم لحمايتهم من التحرش الجنسي. نوع ومنهج الدراسة: تعتبر هذه الدراسة دراسة شبه تجريبية حيث يستخدم مقياس الوعي لمعرفة أثر برنامج التوعية بالتحرش الجنسي على الأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا القابلين للتعلم ويكون برنامج التوعية هو المتغير الوحيد ويسمى بالمتغير التجريبي أو المستقل الذى يطرأ على عينة الدراسة المكونة من مجموعة من الأفراد المعاقين ذهنيا القابلين للتعلم. منهج الدراسة: تستخدم الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة وفيه يتم اختيار مجموعة واحدة فقط من المبحوثين. العينة: تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينه مكونة من 30 طفل من الأطفال ذوى الإعاقة الذهنية فئة القابلين للتعلم حيث يتراوح العمر العقلي ما بين (6 - 9) سنوات وتتراوح نسبة ذكائهم ما بين (50-70) درجة على مقياس الذكاء. الأدوات: تم اعتماد الباحثة على أداتين وهما مقياس الوعى بالتحرش الجنسي (إعداد الباحثة)، وبرنامج التوعية بالتحرش الجنسي (من إعداد الباحثة). النتائج: توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال ذوى الإعاقة الذهنية (القابلين للتعلم) على مقياس التوعية بالتحرش الجنسي قبل وبعد التعرض لبرنامج التوعية بالتحرش الجنسي لصالح القياس البعدي، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال ذوى الإعاقة الذهنية (القابلين للتعلم) على مقياس التوعية بالتحرش الجنسي قبل التعرض لبرنامج التوعية بالتحرش الجنسي تبعا للنوع وكذلك أثبتت الدراسة أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال ذوى الإعاقة الذهنية (القابلين للتعلم) على مقياس التوعية بالتحرش الجنسي قبل التعرض لبرنامج التوعية بالتحرش الجنسي تبعا للانتماء لمدرسة أو جمعية تأهيلية، لصالح المنتمين لمدرسة أو جمعية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال ذوى الإعاقة الذهنية (القابلين للتعلم).
