المستخلص: ظهرت على الساحه العالميه والقوميه والمحليه فى السنوات القلائل السابق ظهور مجموعه من الافراد وخاصة فئة الشباب وبالاحرى شباب الفنانين تطلق على نفسها( الليبراليون) حتى انها اصبحت موضه بين شباب الجامعات دون وعى او فهم البعض للمعنى الحقيقى لليبراليه والتى لا تعنى الحريه المطلقه ولما لدور اتحاد الطلاب فى الجامعات المصريه من نشر للوعى الديمقراطى ولما لدور الانشطه الطلابية من توعيه وتبصير لطلاب الجامعات بالوعى السياسى الصحيح كان من الضرورى ونحن فى ذلك المحك السياسى والتربوىفى تلك الايام ان ننشر الوعى الثقافى بالفكر الليبرإلى السليم وان نسعى إلى تربية سياسيه واعيه وسط طلاب كلية التربية الفنية حيث انهم فئه من فئات شباب المجتمع سيقع على عاتقهم تربية وتثقيف جيل من خلال الفن و وعلى ذلك يمكن يمكن صياغة مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيس التالي:-*إلى اى مدى يمكن ان تسهم انشطةالأسر الطلابية فى نشر الوعى السياسى بالفكر الليبرإلى لدى طالب كلية التربية الفنية؟ تستخدم الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وينقسم إلى اطارين نظرى ويتضمن:- نشأة الليبرالية- تطورالفكر الليبرالية - الفكر الليبرإلى الكلاسيكى - الفكرالليبرالي المعاصر مراحل تطور الفكر الليبرإلى - مجالات الفكر الليبرالي- الفكر السياسى الليبرإلى"- الفكر الاقتصادى الليبرإلى:- الليبراليه من منطلق تفسير الفلاسفه والمفكرين- الفكر التربوى الليبرإلى المعاصر(التربية التعدديه اللامركزيه)- أهداف الفكر التربوى الليبرإلى المعاصر- الفكر الفنى الليبرإلى المعاصر-تكوين الأسرةالطلابية- الاسس التى ترتكز عليها الانشطه الطلابية ويتحقق من خلالها الاهداف التربويه ,ثانيا الاطار العملى :- ويتضمن:- 1-مقياس الوعى الثقافى بالفكر الليبرإلى لطالب كلية التربية الفنية0(الطالب المنضم للاسرالطلابية)2- رؤية مقترحة لبرنامج تنمية (الوعى بالفكر الليبرإلى )لطالب كلية التربية الفنية المنضم للاسرالطلابية كمدخل لنشر ثقافة الفكر الليبرإلى بين طلاب كلية التربية الفنية

Abstract Appeared on the world stage, national and local in the past few former emergence of a group of individuals, especially the youth and rather young artists calling themselves (liberals) so it's become the fashion among university students without the awareness or understanding of some of the real meaning of liberalism, which does not mean absolute freedom, and what the role of the Students' Union in the Egyptian universities to publish the awareness of democracy and what the role of the student activities of awareness and enlighten the university students, political awareness right was necessary and we are in the stake of political and Alterboyvy those days to spread awareness of the cultural ideology Liberal proper and that we seek to breeding conscious political center of students of the Faculty of Art Education, where they category of the youth of the community will fall upon themselves to raising and educating a generation through art, and it can be the formulation of the problem of the study in question the next president: - * To what extent can contribute Ancthalasr student in spreading awareness of the political thought Liberal with a college student of art education? The study uses descriptive analytical method and is divided into two frames theoretical and includes: - originated liberal - Ttoralvkr liberal - liberal thought classical - Alvkrallabrala contemporary stages of the evolution of liberal thought - the areas of liberal thought - Political Thought Liberal "- thought the economic liberal - liberal in terms of the interpretation of philosophers and thinkers - Educational Thought Liberal contemporary (Education pluralism decentralization) - the objectives of educational thought liberal contemporary - Thought technical Liberal contemporary - Configure Alosrhaltalabiah - foundations of student activities and through which the educational goals, secondly the practical framework: - It includes: - 1 - scale cultural awareness with thought Liberal to a student Faculty of Art Education 0 (the student is bound to Asiraltalabiah) 2 - see the proposed development program (awareness of Liberal thought) for a college student bound for Art Education Asiraltalabiah as an introduction to a culture of liberal thinking among students of the Faculty of Art Education \
