المستخلص: تناولت الدراسة مدخل تفعيل دور الصور الذهنية في اختيار الرموز البصرية المناسبة للتعبير عنا المحتوى، وإيجاد حلولا تشكيلية معاصرة لهذا المحتوى ، من خلال عرض الجانب الجمالي للنظرية اللغوية، وعلاقتها بالتشكيل الفني باعتبار أنها صياغة للمفاهم والأفكار في دلالة "تمثيلية "، وأن لها جانبا آخر بمثله سرد تتابع زمني في دلالة "تأملية خيالية ينتج عنها استعارة حقيقية لتحويل محزون الحروفية في عقل الطالب إلى صور تشكيليه كما تناولت الدراسة بالتحليل لمختارات من البرنامج المعاصرة عن أهمية أعداد وتأهيل الطلاب المعاقين سمعيا في التعليم في العام وكفايات معرفة معلم التربية الفنية بخصائص الطلاب المعاقين سمعيا، يسعي هذا البحث إلي وضع تصور لمعلم التربية الفنية يساهم في في تدريس التربية الفنية للطلاب المعاقين سمعيا من خلال توفير مادة علمية تتوافق وطبيعة جوانب هذه الإعاقة بتناول أدبيات الدراسة من خلال ثلاثة أبعاد، الأول منها تناول الإعاقة السمعية تعريفها وأنواعها وخصائص المعاقين سمعيا والثاني تناول خصائص الأعمال الفنية الخاصة بالمعاقين سمعيا والخامات والأدوات والمواضيع الفنية المناسبة لهم، ثم تناول الثالث أهم المشكلات التي يواجهها الطالب المعاق سمعيا في التربية الفنية ودور معلم التربية الفنية.
