المستخلص: إن المتمعن فى طبيعة العملية التعليمة يلاحظ أنها تقوم على التفاعل والاتصال بين الطالب والمعلم، سواء أكان هذا التفاعل لفظى أو غير لفظى، وعلى الرغم من أهمية مهارات الاتصال غير اللفظى فى العملية التعليمية، الا أن لاحظت الباحثة بحكم الإشراف على طلاب التدريب الميدانى وجود ضعف بدرجات متفاوته فى استخدامهم لمهارات الاتصال غير اللفظى، مما يعيق عملية التواصل بالشكل الأمثل، وقد تخيرت الباحثة إحدى استراتيجيات التعلم وهى استراتيجية التعلم بالخرائط الذهنية الرقمية لتنمية مهارات الاتصال غير اللفظى (حركة الجسد والايماءات– تواصل العين– تعبيرات الوجه– حركة اليدين– الصمت) لدى طلاب الفرقة الرابعة بكلية التربية الفنية، كطريقة لتنظيم وتلخيص المعلومات المقدمة للطلاب بحيث تشغل حيزا اقل في ذاكرة المتعلم وتترك مساحة اكبر لإتمام عملية تشغيل المعلومات وتخزينها واسترجاعها والاستفادة منها مما يعني أداء أفضل ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ان هناك فرق جوهرى بين متوسطى درجات بطاقة الملاحظة فى التطبيق القبلى والبعدى مما يبين أن هناك نمو فى مهارات الإتصال غير اللفظى لدى طلاب كلية التربية الفنية ، وقد جاءت مهارة حركة الجسد والايماءات أعلى نسب يليها حركات اليدين، ثم تعبيرات الوجه، والتساوى بين مهارتى تواصل العين والصمت.

The so call the nature of the educational process is noted that it is based on the interaction and communication between the student and the teacher, whether this interaction verbal or non-verbal, and in spite of the importance of communication skills, non-verbal communication in the educational process, but noted researcher virtue supervision of field training students and a weakness in varying degrees in their use of non-verbal communication skills, which hinders communication process optimally, one researcher has Tejert learning strategies learning a mental digital maps for the development of communication skills strategy of non-verbal communication (body movement and Alaameat- continue AIN expressions Aluge- movement Alidan- silence) to the students fourth year at the Faculty of Technical Education, as a way to organize and summarize the information provided to the students so that occupy less space in the learner's memory and leave more space to complete the operation of information storage and retrieval and utilization process them, which means better performance, the study found that there is a fundamental difference between the mean scores of the note card in the application pre and post, which shows that there is a growth in the non-verbal communication skills among students of the Faculty of Art Education, came the body movement and gesture skill of the highest rates, followed by hand movements and facial expressions, and equality between the skills of the eye and the silence continues.
