يتناول هذا البحث اتجاهات طلاب جامعة الكويت ودرجة رضاهم عن الأداء الحكومي والبرلماني في الكويت. ويهدف إلى استجلاء مختلف الاتجاهات والمواقف الطلابية من مختلف الممارسات الحكومية والبرلمانية في مجالات الصحة والتعليم والتنمية والشباب والسياسة الخارجية. وقام الباحث بتصميم استبانة محكمة تم تطبيقها على عينة مقصودة وفقا لمبدأ المحاصصة، بلغت 1027 طالبا وطالبه من طلاب الجامعة. وبينت الدراسة أن مواقف الطلاب سلبية بشكل عام من الأداء الحكومي والبرلماني. أن مستوى الأداء الحكومي (من وجهة نظر الطلاب) متوسط في مختلف القضايا المطروحة دون استثناء. وبينت الدراسة أيضا أن مستوى رضا الطلاب عن الأداء البرلماني يميل إلى الدرجة المتوسطة. وخرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، منها: إجراء المزيد من الدراسات في هذا المستوى. وتقديم برامج توعية سياسية للطلاب، ودعوة المسؤولين إلى الاستفادة من معطيات الدراسة. ودعوة المعنيين بالأمر إلى إجراء إصلاح سياسي شامل. وإنشاء مركز وطني لدراسة الرأي العام في دولة الكويت.
The researchers will address the views of students at the University of Kuwait in government performance over the format of the problems and challenges of social and political list in the Kuwaiti society and the aim of this study was to explore the views of students at the University of Kuwait in various social and political issues that hot impose themselves in the Kuwaiti society. Then detect trends in student performance toward the government of the successive governments of Kuwait and the current level of satisfaction with the performance of the various issues and challenges facing the contemporary Kuwaiti society. Will depend researchers in this study on the descriptive and analytical research methodology. And will work to design a questionnaire will be judged and account sincerity and persistence to include various issues to be addressed by the researchers in their study on the performance of government about the social challenges of today. The study will be conducted in the first semester of the academic world 2014/2015 in Rehab Kuwait University, and in the various scientific colleges, and will include a representative sample of students from the University of Kuwait in various science colleges. It is estimated that this sample about a thousand students from various odd science colleges and represent the university students in terms of gender and overall competence and academic year. And will work in this study to examine the impact of the variables of gender, college, and the social and political affiliation in the positions and attitudes of students of social and political issues of the list. It is hoped this study to explore the limits of the existing social dimensions of the challenges and come out with appropriate recommendations are placed in the service of political decision-makers in the state.
