المستخلص: ويهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تقدمه وزارة التربية والتعليم لدعم مادة التربية الفنية ماديا وأكاديميا بالمدارس التابعة لإشراف الوزارة بالمرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية. كذلك دور المدارس الغير تابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم لدعم مادة التربية الفنية ماديا وأكاديميا بالمرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية، بالإضافة إلى تأثير الدعم المادي والأكاديمي بالمدارس التابعة والغير تابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم لتفعيل دور مادة التربية الفنية في العملية التعليمية في المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية. تمثلت عينة البحث في عينة عشوائية من المدارس الإعدادية والثانوية التابعة لمديريات وإدارات تعليمية مختلفة في محافظة القاهرة الكبرى والجيزة وحلوان ويصل إجمالي العينة (45 مدرسة)، وقسمت العينة كالآتي: أولاً – مدارس تتبع وزارة التربية والتعليم: وتتمثل في: 1. المدارس الحكومية والتجريبية: وهي مدارس تخضع كليا لإشراف وزارة التربية والتعليم في كافة النواحي التربوية والأكاديمية والمادية. 2. مدارس خاصة: وهي تخضع لإشراف وزارة التربية والتعليم فيما يتعلق بالمقررات والمناهج الدراسية فقط إلا أن الوزارة غير مسئولة عنها فيما يتعلق بنواحي الدعم الأكاديمي والمادي الخاص بالمدرسة. ثانياً – مدارس لا تتبع وزارة التربية والتعليم: وتتمثل في: 1 – مدارس خاصة أجنبية: وهي مدارس تدرس الشهادتين الثانوية المصرية العامة، والثانوية الأجنبية الدولية (National & International section) وفيها قسم التعليم المصري يتبع إشراف وزارة التربية والتعليم فيما يتعلق بالمقررات والمناهج الدراسية فقط أما القسم الدولي فلا يتبع وزارة التربية والتعليم المصرية في أي من الجوانب التربوية (ويقصد من ناحية المناهج الدراسية والمقررات) وكذلك النواحي الأكاديمية والمادية. وقد تم التطبيق في هذه المدارس على القسمين (National & International) 2 – مدارس دولية: وهي مدارس لا يتبع وزارة التربية والتعليم المصرية في أي من الجوانب التربوية وكذلك النواحي الأكاديمية والمادية. استخدمت الدراسة استمارة استطلاع رأي المسؤولين في المدرسة وقيادات التوجيه ومعلمي التربية الفنية، حيث صممت استبانة للتعرف على الدعم المادي والأكاديمي لمادة التربية الفنية بالمدارس المختلفة في مرحلتي التعليم الإعدادي والثانوي لتفعيل دور المادة في العملية التعليمية. وأسفرت نتائج البحث على أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كل من الدعم المادي والأكاديمي بين المدارس التابعة والغير تابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم لصالح المدارس الغير تابعة للوزارة، كذلك هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين فعالية مادة التربية الفنية في العملية التعليمية في المدارس التابعة والغير تابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم أيضاً لصالح المدارس الغير تابعة للوزارة. وأخيراً توجد علاقة خطية طردية بين الدعم المادي والأكاديمي – كل على حدة – وبين تفعيل مادة التربية الفنية في المدارس التابعة والغير تابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم.

This research aims to, acknowledging the role offered by the ministry of education for the purpose of consolidate the subject of art education both financially and academic at the governmental schools in the preparatory and secondary stages. Also, it clears the role of non-governmental schools to consolidate art education both financially and academic in the preparatory and secondary stages. In addition to the effect of Financial and academic support to art Education in Affiliated & non affiliated Schools to the Ministry of Education and its relationship to activating it in the educational process. The research sample is represented in a random one from the preparatory and secondary schools of different educational administrations in the governorates of greater Cairo, Giza and Helwan and is divided into: First- Schools affiliate the Ministry of Education: these schools are subject to the supervision of the Ministry of Education in all fields of education, academic and finance. Second- Schools non-affiliate the Ministry of Education: these schools are subject to the supervision of the Ministry of Education concerning only curricula but the ministry is irresponsible of the financial, academic aid for these schools. Third- Foreign schools: These are schools teaching both national secondary certificate and international foreign one, and they has a department of the Egyptian education under the supervision of the ministry of education concerning only the curricula, but the international department is neither associated to the Egyptian ministry of education (concerning the curricula nor the academic and financial sides). The research study has been applied in these schools for both national & international department. The study used an explorative format in order to explorate the view point of the responsible at the schools, also leaders of orientation and teachers of art education. The format is designed to acknowledge the financial & academic support for the art education subject in different schools in the preparatory & secondary stages on order to activate its role in the education process. The results of the search that there are significant differences in both the academic and financial support between the schools and others affiliated with the Ministry of Education for schools affiliated to the ministry of others, as well as there are significant differences between the effectiveness of art education in the educational process in schools and non-affiliated of the Ministry of Education and also for non-school affiliated to the ministry. Finally, there is a linear positive correlation between financial support and academic - each separately - and between the activation of art education in schools and non-belonging to the Ministry of Education.
