|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أداء معلمي التربية المهنية داخل الغرفة الصفية في ضوء متغيرات جنس طلبة المدرسة، تخصص المعلم، خبرة المعلم، أعداد الطلبة في الصف، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (105) معلماً ومعلمة من مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء قصبة إربد. واستخدم الباحثين بطاقة ملاحظة مكونة من خمسة وعشرين فقرة لملاحظة أداء المعلمين داخل الغرفة الصفية، كما تم إجراء مقابلة مع عينة عشوائية من المعلمين بعد إجراء كل عملية الملاحظة. حيث أشارت النتائج إلى أن (57%) من أفراد عينة المقابلة كانوا غير راضين عن أدائهم كمعلمين للتربية المهنية، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي لأداء معلمي التربية المهنية على بطاقة الملاحظة (3.89) وهي درجة أداء عالية. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α =0.05) في أداء معلم التربية المهنية تعزي لجنس طلبة المدرسة لصالح الإناث، وتخصص المعلم لصالح تخصص التربية المهنية، وسنوات الخبرة لصالح سنوات الخبرة (1-3 سنوات). وعدد طلبة الصف لصالح الأعداد (أقل من 30).

|b The study aimed at analysis pre-vocational teachers performance in the classroom in light of gender of students at school, teachers specialty, teachers' experience and number of students in the class. The population of the study consisted of all pre-vocational teachers in 'Qasabat Irbid' educational directorate. A sample of 105 teachers was drown. An observation check-list containing twenty-five items was used to explore teachers' performance in the classroom. After each observation, teachers were then interviewed to further explore issues related to their classroom performance. The results revealed that 57% of teachers were not satisfied with their teaching performance. The average mean of teachers' performance on the observation was 3.89, indicating a high performance level. Furthermore, the results revealed significant statistical differences regarding teachers' performance in the classroom attributed to teachers' gender, speciality and teaching experience in favour of female teachers, vocational related speciality and 1-3 years’ experience respectively. In addition, the results showed significant statistical differences attributed to class size in favour of less than thirty students classes. Based on the results, the researchers put forward several related recommendations.
