It is a vision that transcends the conventional design (to replace other personal pronouns), etc..; ON is a linguistic element whose values discursive and enunciative referential plasticity is remarkable. It’s use in journalistic writings beyond mere stylistic dimension in the sense that an anonymous caller "or" mask behind which the information professionals to observe a priori neutrality enunciative.
