|a هذا البحث محاولة لتبيين سبب نشأة الصوتيات العربية، من خلال ما ذكر في الكتب التراثية المشهورة، وكتب المحدثين رغم تضارب الآراء، فمعلوم أن الدرس الصوتي العربي ارتبط قبل كل شيء بالقرآن الكريم، وهذا الارتباط دليل على أنه السبب المباشر، ولكن هناك أسباب أخرى وجب معرفتها، والصوتيات لم تعد علما تحتكره أمة دون غيرها، بل صار من العلوم التي يستحيل الاستغناء عنها كونه مرتبطا بلسان كل أمة. \nففي هذا البحث سيتأكد القارئ ما للتراث اللغوي العربي من أهمية، ففيه يجد معارف واسعة وعلوما دقيقة فيها معلومات حاسمة، وربما ظن القارئ أن فهم اللسانيات والصوتيات يكون بالدراسات الحديثة فقط، ولكن الحقيقة غير ذلك والبحث الذي بين أيدينا سيؤكد ذلك. \n

|f This research is an attempt to explain the reason for the emergence of Arabic phonology, through what has been mentioned in the famous heritage books and the books of the modern writers, despite the presence of conflicting opinions. It is known that the Arabic phonological study was linked above all to the Holy Quran. This correlation is an evidence that it is the direct cause, but there are other causes which need to be known. Phonology is no longer a science that is monopolized by one nation to the exclusion of others. Rather, it has become an irreplaceable science because it is linked to the tongue of each nation. \nIn this research, the reader will confirm the importance of the Arabic linguistic heritage. In this research, he will find extensive knowledge and precise science containing crucial information.
