|f The article aims to reveal a topic entitled "Salafism, is it an approach or a movement!" The article is based on several elements, the first element posed several questions, is it an approach for all, or a movement and a limited liability company? Has the period of validity and time of existence expired, or is it a principle and an ongoing method for the duration of the existence of humankind on earth? Is it a doctrine of a region, a country, a people and a particular group, or is it not bounded by borders and is not confined to a people or a group without another? Is Salafism one system does not have multiple, and has one head, or is it multiple? Is he sinning who did not say that he is Salafist? The second element dealt with the definition of Salafism and the meaning and intent of the Salafist doctrine. The third element dealt with the fundamentals and principles of Salafism. The fourth element focused on the Salafi approach. The conclusion of the article showed that Salafism interests to love the good for all creatures and feel happy for their guidance, grief for their aberrance, seek to benefit and help them, mercy for the poor and compassion to the orphan and the needy, feel pain for their pain, and dedication to reform them.
