المستخلص: The article aims to highlight the theme "I named her Mary". The article was based on several elements; the first element introduced the rights of children to parents. The second element refers to the intended of the good name. The third element explained that the Quran and the Sunnah give great consideration to the selection of names. The fourth element showed that one's name is his identity. The fifth element focused on the self-direction feature of the name and title. The sixth element discussed the extent to which enemies were disturbed by our indigenous names of Islamic children. The article concluded that the educators should take every means to contribute to the formulation of the personality of the children in the original Islamic style, and give the children's naming the right of attention. The names of children contribute significantly in the installation of their Islamic identity that is rigorously target, and facilitate them to instill great values and morals included in the name, which is supposed to have been intended by the parents. The article also pointed out that the woman of Imran has chosen for her daughter a name commensurate with the message that she made for her throughout her life, namely the devotion for worship, the name of Mary means worshiper or servant of the Lord in their language..
