المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى أداء طلاب الدبلوم العام في التربية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية للمهارات التدريسية اللازمة لهم واتجاههم نحو مهنة التدريس وكذلك الكشف عن العلاقة بين مستوى أدائهم لتلك المهارات واتجاههم نحو مهنة التدريس ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة أعد الباحث بطاقة ملاحظة لتعرف مستوى أداء طلاب الدبلوم العام في التربية للمهارات التدريسية اللازمة لهم؛ كما أعد الباحث مقياسا لفحص الاتجاهات التي بعتنقونها نحو مهنة التدريس وقد حسب الصدق والثبات لهذه الأدوات، كما استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي للكشف عن العلاقة بين مستوى أدائهم لتلك المهارات واتجاههم نحو مهنة التدريس وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع طلاب الدبلوم العام في التربية بالمستوى الثاني بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية وعبدهم (٨٦) طالبا وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى أداء طلاب الدبلوم العام في التربية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية للمهارات التدريسية اللازمة لهم متوسط، وأن هناك مهارات تحتاج إلى تنمية وأن اتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة التدريس إيجابية وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى أداء طلاب الدبلوم العام في التربية للمهارات التدريسية واتجاههم نحو مهنة التدريس وانتهت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: الإفادة من قائمة المهارات التدريسية التي توصلت إليها الدراسة في تدريب الطلاب وتنميتها لديهم وكذلك مقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس الذي أعده الباحث ليكون أحد معايير القبول للطلاب في برامج إعداد المعلم.

The study aimed to identify the level of performance of students of the General Diploma in Education at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University for the necessary teaching skills and their attitude towards the teaching profession as well as to reveal the relationship between the level of performance of those skills and their attitude towards the teaching profession. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher prepared an observation card to know the level of performance of students of the General Diploma in Education of their necessary teaching skills. The researcher also prepared a measure to examine the trends that they have embraced towards the teaching profession and has calculated the validity and consistency of these tools. In this study, the researcher used the descriptive correlative approach to reveal the relationship between the level of their performance of those skills and their attitude towards the teaching profession. The study community was represented in all the students of the General Diploma in Education at the second level at Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University and their number was (86) students. The study found that the level of performance of students of the General Diploma in Education at Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University for teaching skills required for them is average. There are skills that need to be developed and that their attitudes towards the teaching profession are positive. The study found that there is a statistically significant relationship between the level of performance of students of the General Diploma in Education for teaching skills and their tendency towards the teaching profession. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The use of the list of teaching skills found by the study in the training and development of students as well as the measure of the trend towards the teaching profession prepared by the researcher to be one of the criteria for students to be accepted in teacher preparation programs.
