تناولت الدراسة عددا من أفضل الممارسات العالمية التي تجري في هيئات ضمان الجودة والاعتماد لمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي في عدد من الدول المتقدمة، ثم بيان إمكانية الإفادة منها لتطوير عمل الهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد، وهذا مما يثري التجربة المصرية. وتم عرض الدراسة في ستة أقسام كما يلي: - القسم الأول: هيئات ضمان الجودة والاعتماد المدرسي (إطار نظري). - القسم الثاني: أفضل الممارسات في مجال الرؤية والرسالة. - القسم الثالث: افصل الممارسات في مجال معايير اعتماد المدارس. - القسم الرابع: أفضل الممارسات في مجال إجراءات الاعتماد. - القسم الخامس: أفضل الممارسات في مجال مقاييس التقدير. - القسم السادس: مقترحات تطوير ممارسات الهيئة القومية لضمان التعليم والاعتماد في مصر. ومن تحليل نتائج كل محور تمكنت الدراسة من بيان جوانب القوة التي يمكن أن تفيد في تطوير عمل الهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد في مصر، ثم خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات ذات الطبيعة الإجرائية التي تدور حول تعزيز الأدوار والإجراءات التي تضطلع بها الهيئة في مجال ضمان جودة التعليم، وكذا تحسين الإجراءات التي تتبعها في مجال اعتماد المؤسسات التعليمية.
The study analyses the best practices taking place in the quality assurance and school accreditation bodies in a number of developed countries, in order to benefit from them in improving the work of the National Authority for the Quality of Education and Accreditation in Egypt, to enrich the Egyptian experience. The study focuses on four main sections: The first section: Quality assurance and school accreditation bodies (theoreticalframework) • The second section: The best practices in the field of vision and mission • The third section: The best practices in the field of the of the accreditation standards of schools • The fourth section: The best practices in the field of accreditation procedures • The fifth section: The best practices in the field of rubrics • The sixth section: Proposals for the developing the practices of the National Authority for Quality of Education and Accreditation in Egypt. From the analysis of the results of each section, the study was able highlight the strengths that can be useful in improving of the work of National Authority for the Quality of Education and Accreditation in Egypt. Then the study concluded a number of practical recommendations that revolves around strengthening the roles and actions undertaken by the National Authority for the Quality of Education and Accreditation in ensuring the quality of education, as well as improving the procedures followed in the accreditation process.
