The cultural heritage is considered the treasure of the nation, through which it imposes its existence, demonstrates its identity and characteristics, and achieves its ambitions, thus, most countries and their peoples always strived to preserve it and clutch to it, through an attempt to revive it and restore it anew. Just like many other countries around the world, Algeria possesses a cultural heritage which is recognized throughout the world as being very diverse and rich. In fact, it is singled out due to its strategic location, since Algeria was known as the cradle of many successive and intermingled civilizations, a peculiarity that is so unique: being near to the European continent, being the gate to the African continent, and also a passageway to the East, made it , in all phases of its history, a target for other countries and peoples . As a consequence, Algeria TEMPhas acquired so many cultural variables, and inherited a huge and diversified cultural legacy. Nowadays, under the shade of the ongoing process of globalization, and the wide range of urbanization, the motif of cultural heritage is urgently under question. dis research paper aims to shed light on the reality and situation of the cultural heritage, it also intends to discuss the different challenges that confront it in the present time, after that, it is going to explore the future procedures and techniques which are employed in order to revalue the Algerian cultural heritage, and finally it will show how the our cultural heritage can be invested to serve society and the upcoming generations.
يعتبر الموروث الثقافي كنز الأمة، به تفرض وجودها، وتثبت ذاتها وخصوصيتها، وتحقق طموحاتها وآمالها، لذلك فان أغلب الأمم والشعوب سعت دوما للحفاظ عليه والتشبث به، ومحاولة إحيائه، وبعثه من جديد. وتتمتع الجزائر من دول العالم بموروث ثقافي معترف بتنوعه وغناه علي المستوى العالي، وقد تأتي لها ذلك بحكم موقعها، حيث عرفت تعاقبا وتمازجا للحضارات قل أن يجود به التاريخ والجغرافيا، فموقع الجزائر من حيث قربها من قارة أوروبا، وكونها بوابة لقارة إفريقيا، ومعبرا إلى الشرق أمرا جعلها في كل مراحل تاريخها - هدفا لغيرها من الدول والشعوب، فكان نتاج ذلك أنها بلغت عدة مؤثرات ثقافية، مكنتها من أن ترث عن ماضيها تراثا ثقافيا ضخما متعدد المشارب. لكن في خضم أخطار العولمة الجارفة غير المحمودة، والتوسع العمراني، باتت تطرح مسألة مصير الإرث الوطني الثقافي بإلحاح شديد، لذلك يهدف هذا المقال لتسليط الضوء علي واقع الموروث الثقافي في الجزائر، كما يسعي إلى مناقشة التحديات التي تواجهه في الوقت الحاضر، ومن ثم بحث الطرق والأساليب المستقبلية التي تحاول الدولة الجزائرية سلكها في سيل تثمين الموروث الثقافي، والاستثمار فيه لخدمة المجتمع والأجيال القادمة.
