|a أصبح وجود العاملة المنزلية أمرا متطلبا في المجتمعات المتقدمة، لطبيعة الحياة العملية وحاجة الأسر (للعاملة المنزلية) باعتبارها سندا أساسيا يمكن الاعتماد عليه بين أفراد الأسرة، ويعد هروب (العمالة المنزلية) في المملكة العربية السعودية ظاهرة منتشرة تترتب عليه آثار اجتماعية واقتصادية، ولذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى (معالجة الآثار الاقتصادية المترتبة على هروب العاملة المنزلية في منطقة الرياض)، من خلال النظر إلى الأسباب والتعرف على الآثار الاقتصادية المترتبة على هروبها، وكيفية معالجتها، حيث تعد منطقة الرياض من أهم المناطق التي تعاني من هروب (عاملات المنازل في المملكة). ولتحقيق الأهداف والتأكد من الفرضيات تناولت الدراسة بالمعالجة العلمية عددا من المحاور الدراسية كالأبعاد الجغرافية لمنطقة الدراسة، وحجم العمالة المنزلية في المملكة ومنطقة الرياض، وتنامى ظاهرة هروب عاملات المنازل، والتحليل الإحصائي لحالات وأسباب هروب عاملات المنازل في منطقة الرياض. وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من النتائج والتوصيات، كما تحققت من صحة الفرضيات التي افترضتها الباحثة، من حيث تمثيل منطقة الرياض كنموذج مهم وحيوي في المملكة، فهي مقر إمارة منطقة الرياض، وعاصمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وفيها أيضا جميع الوزارات والسفارات والقنصليات الأجنبية، والتي تتزايد فيها حالات هروب (عاملات المنازل)، ووجود علاقة وثيقة بين ظاهرة هروب عاملات المنازل وإجحاف حقوقهن المادية والإنسانية، بالإضافة إلى ذلك وجود عصابات منظمة تسهل عمليات الهروب في منطقة الرياض، و يعد وجود أنظمة مطبقة على أرض الواقع تحفظ حق العاملة وصاحب العمل من أهم الحلول للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة.

|b The existence of domestic workers often required in developed societies due to the nature of working life and the need for households (domestic workers) as a principal key can be relied upon by the family members. The escape of (domestic workers) in the Kingdom is a widespread phenomenon consequent social and economic implications and therefore this study aims to (treatment effects economic implications of a domestic worker in the Riyadh region) escape, by looking at the causes and identify the economic implications of their escape, and how to address them where Riyadh is the most important areas that suffer from breakouts (domestic workers in the KSA) In order to achieve the objectives and ensure the scientific study hypotheses treatment addressed a number of topics of study geographical dimensions of the study area and the volume of domestic workers in the Kingdom and the growing phenomenon of Riyadh escape of domestic workers, and statistical analysis of the cases and the reasons for the escape of domestic workers in the Riyadh region. The study came up with a number of findings and recommendations, as verified the validity of hypotheses that assumed by the researcher, in terms of representation Riyadh as a model is important and vital in the KSA, it is the headquarters of the Emirate of Riyadh region, and the capital of Saudi Arabia, also all ministries and foreign embassies and consulates are in it and in which cases the escape increasing (domestic workers) and the existence of a close relationship between the phenomenon of the escape of domestic workers and prejudice material and their human rights, in addition to the presence of facilitating the escape operations organized gangs in the Riyadh region and is there applied to the ground systems reservation the right of labor and the employer of the most important solutions to eradicate this phenomenon.
