هدف البحث إلى بيان أثر نموذج مقترح لمقرر الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في تنمية تحصيل التلاميذ الصم. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي والشبه تجريبي. لتقديم مستويات معيارية تربوية وفنية لتصميم وإنتاج النموذج الإلكتروني المقترح. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 34 تلميذا وتلميذة من تلاميذ الصم بمدارس الأمل للصم وضعاف السمع بالمنصورة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في نموذج إلكتروني مقترح واختبار تحصيلي.
وأسفرت نتائج البحث إلى فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم الذاتي عند استخدام النموذج الإلكتروني المقترح في البحث الحالي على تلاميذ الصم بمرحلة التعليم الإعدادي المهني بالصف الثاني الإعدادي. وإمكانية الإجابة المباشرة للأنشطة المصاحبة بكل محور تعليمي من خلال الإنترنت باستخدام أدوات ومحركات البحث. وتوصل البحث إلى أن الأسلوب الذي يقدم به الدرس التعليمي شيق وجذاب حيث يمكن للتلميذ اختيار الأسلوب الذي يفضله إما الشرح من خلال الفيديو المدعم بلغة الإشارة أو بالصور ويعطى للتلميذ حرية الاختيار. وأظهر البحث تصميم النموذج الإلكتروني المقترح لمقرر الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في ضوء مستويات معيارية فنية وتربوية محكمة من قبل المتخصصين في المجال. والتركيز على حاسة البصر لدى التلميذ الأصم لتعويض غياب حاسة السمع لديه.
وأوصى البحث بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية قبل وبعد الخدمة للمعلمين في مجال التربية الخاصة عامة ولمعلمي الحاسوب خاصة لتعريفهم باستخدام الوسائل والتقنيات الحديثة في التعليم. وتوجيه الاهتمام نحو إعداد مقررات دراسية مخصصة للصم تختلف عن مقررات العاديين بحيث تراعى قدراتهم وإمكاناتهم العقلية والمعرفية. والاستفادة من قائمتي المستويات المعيارية التربوية والفنية لتصميم نموذج إلكتروني مقترح لمقرر الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The research aimed to demonstrate the effect of a proposed model of computer and information technology in developing the achievement of deaf students. The descriptive and semi-experimental approaches were used to provide standard educational and technical levels for designing and producing the proposed electronic model. The research group consisted of 34 male and female students of Deaf students in the Al-Amal Schools for the Deaf and the Hearing Impaired in Mansoura. The research tools were represented in a proposed electronic model and an achievement test.
The results of the research referred the effectiveness of the self-learning strategy when using the proposed electronic model in this research on Deaf students in the vocational secondary education stage in the second grade of the middle stage, and the ability to respond directly to the associated activities in each educational hub through the Internet by using tools and research engines. The research found that the style of the educational lesson is interesting and attractive, where the student can choose the preferred method of either explanation through the video supported by sign language or pictures that gives the student the freedom of choice. The research showed the design of the proposed electronic form for the curricula of computer and information technology in light of standard technical and educational levels prepared by specialists in the field. It also focus on the visual sense among the deaf student to compensate for the absence of hearing.
The research recommended the need to hold training courses for pre and post service teachers in the field of special education in general and for computer teachers in particular to familiarize them with the use of modern methods and techniques in education. It also recommended the need to draw attention to the preparation of curricula for the deaf different from the normal curricula, taking into account their mental and cognitive abilities, and to use the list of educational and technical standards to design a proposed electronic model for the curricula of computer and information technology.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
