The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between soft total quality management (Soft TQM), hard total quality management (Hard TQM) and, the organizational performance (OP) in the municipalities of Saudi Arabia. This study is motivated by the inconsistent findings in the contemporary literature regarding the relationships between Soft TQM, Hard TQM, and the organizational performance. The 200 questionnaires distributed, 63.50٪ were returned and analyzed. Because the population is diverse, the research was conducted on a sample of 127 municipalities. This study targeted this sample of municipalities to get the number of respondents that best represents the context of the study. All responses were analyzed thoroughly to establish the construct validity of the measure by employing SPSS statistical software. The findings of this study revealed that Soft TQM and Hard TQM were significant predictors of organizational performance in Saudi Arabia. |
