هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي التعرف على آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية بجامعة حضرموت حول إنشاء قسم لتعليم الكبار بالجامعة، واستخدم الباحثان الاستبانة لمعرفة آراء أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية حول إنشاء قسم لتعليم الكبار، وبعد تطوير الأداة والتأكد من صدقها بواسطة صدق المحكمين، وثباتها بالتجزئة النصفية كانت نسبة الثبات (86%) عند مستوى دلالة (0.05). على المجتمع المكون من (٣٦) عضوا من هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية جامعة حضرموت، وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المتوسط الحسابي والنسب المئوية، واختبار (ت) وتحليل التباين الأحادي one-way ANOVA. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: أن نسبة (97%) من أفراد المجتمع بكليات التربية جامعة حضرموت موافقون على إنشاء قسم لتعليم الكبار لأنه سيساهم في تنمية المجتمع المحلي. بينما السبب الثاني للموافقة على إنشاء القسم والذي نصه (سيؤدي إلي تطوير البحث في هذا المجال) فقد وافق أفراد المجتمع بنسبة (92%) وبسبب أنه سيساعد في إدارة برامج تعليم الكبار والتعليم المستمر بطريقة علمية وافق أفراد المجتمع بنسبة (89%). وأما أقل موافقات تم الحصول عليها من مجتمع الدراسة هو السبب الذي نصه (سيؤدي إلى تدريب طلاب كلية التربية ليصبحوا معلمين للكبار) بنسبة (20%). وتبين أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأثر المتغيرات: المرتبة العلمية، وعدد سنوات الخبرة في الموافقة على إنشاء قسم تعليم الكبار بكليات التربية جامعة حضرموت
This study aimed to identify the views of Faculty members in the colleges of Education at Hadhramout University about the establishment of the Department of Adult Education at Hadhramout University. The researchers used the questionnaire to get feedback from faculty members about the creation of the Department of Adult Education. And after the development of the tool and make sure of its sincerity by the sincerity of the arbitrators, and the persistence of retail midterm, the percentage of stability was (86%) at a level of significance (0.05) on a community component (36) members of the faculty colleges of Hadhramout University . And to answer the questions of the study the researchers used the arithmetic average of the percentages, and the T-test and ANOVA one-way . The results showed the following : That the percentage of (97%) of the members of the community at the colleges of Education of Hadhramout University agreed on the establishment of the Department of Adult Education, because it will contribute to the development of the local community . Whereas the second reason for the approval on the establishment of the Department of Adult, which reads (it will lead to the development of research in this area) the members of the community agreed on it by (92%) . And because it will help in the management of Adult Education programs and continuing education in a scientific way, the members of the community approved it by (89%). The lowest percentage has been obtained from the study population, is the reason which read (it will lead to the training of students of the Faculty of Education to become teachers for Adults) by (20%). There were no statistically significant differences found for the effect of variables: Grade, and the number of years of experience in the approval of the establishment of the Department of Adult Education, In the faculties of Education at Hadhramout University .
