يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز مدى اعتماد الإمام محمد بن الحسين في تفسيره لآيات الأحكام على السنة النبوية من حيث الاستدلال بها في تفسير القرآن الكريم ولا أدل على ذلك من كثرة الأحاديث الموجودة في منتهى المرام حتى أنه من النادر أن تجد آية فسرها ولا يوجد في تفسيرها أحاديث. واهتم بالسنة عزوا وتخريجاً؛ فإنه من القليل أن نجد أنه ذكر حديثاً ولم يعزه، أما في الحكم على هذه الأحاديث، كان يعتمد على صحة الصحيحين ويحكم على بعض الأحاديث التي ليست في الصحيحين، بينت هذا كله مع بيان ذلك بالأمثلة على هذه الجوانب كلها، واكتفيت في الغالب بمثال واحد، وأشرت إلى بقية الأمثلة. وبالنظر إلى اهتمام الإمام محمد بن الحسين بالسنة في مجال التفسير استدلالا وعزوا وحكما، كل هذا يجعل هذا التفسير من الكتب المهمة وذات القيمة العلمية الكبيرة في التفسير الزيدي؛ لأنه التفسير الزيدي الوحيد -حسب اطلاعي -الذي اهتم بالسنة هذا الاهتمام كله في التفسير.
This study aims to present the extent of Imam Mohammed bin AL-Hussin depending on his interpretation for the Legislative Verses (Iyat Al-Ahkam) in the Sunnah through proofing of them in Quran interpretation (Tafseer). And I don’t mean in this through the too many (Hadiths) (prophet sayings) in Montaha Al-Mram (name of the book), because it is rare to find one verse interpreted by him with Hadiths (prophet sayings). And he focusing on Sunnah ascribing and judgmental . It is a very rare to find one Hadith without any ascription. On the other hand, the judge of the Hadiths (sayings of the prophet) he depended on (the Imam)the authenticity of the two Saheeh (Sahih Al Bukhari and Sahih Muslim) and he judged on some Hadiths that not mentioned in the two Saheeh. I have illustrated that with clear examples on all of these aspects. I almost satisfied just by one example, and I have indicated to the other examples. With regard to the interests of the Imam Mohammed Bin Al-Hussin on Sunah in the field of the interpretations proofing, ascribing and judging, all of these make this interpretations (Tafseer) one of the most book with a high scientific value in Zidi interpretations; because it is the only Zidi Tefseer (interpretation) according to my knowledge which he has focused on Sunnah through his interpretations.
