المستخلص: This study examines the relationship between Sudan and Ethiopia .It describes and analyses the strategy stated and followed by Ethiopia to words Sudan .Although of the ideological parallelism between the two countries, Ethiopia tries through its own strategy and vision which stated several decades ago; to keep soft relation with Sudan .the appearance of this strategy can clearly be observed in Melos Zinawy time. Likewise, Sudan tries to keep soft relations with Ethiopia through its own vision. Officially, the relations between the countries seem to be smooth but in fact each country try in counter to make use of incidents that arise in the other country. Ethiopia makes use of problems in Sudan such as: South Sudan problem, Darfur, blue Nile and Nuba mountains. While Sudan makes use of Ethiopian conflicts exemplified in: Sumalese tribal troops, Asab port problem, Ethiopian Eritrea problem.
