المستخلص: l'institution algérienne a Passée une phase distincte dans la construction économique, c'est la phase de transition de la construction économique schématique orientée à l'économie du marché, qui est le processus de développement industriel dans la construction de la société algérienne qui a influencé l'adaptation des travailleurs et leur compréhension des niveaux de complexité technique des appareils, puisque vous ne pouvez pas passer à un nouveau système économique, mais minimiser les coûts sociaux en termes de conditions de base pour le succès de l'adaptation à une économie mondiale qui se déplace dans le sens du phénomène de la mondialisation est l'intégration de la dimension sociale dans les programmes de réforme économique à réaliser la justice sociale, mais aussi pour assurer l'acceptation de la durabilité sociale et politique des réformes économiques.

اجتازت المؤسسة الجزائرية مرحلة متميّزة في البناء الاقتصادي، إنها مرحلة الانتقال من البناء الاقتصادي التخطيطي الموجه إلى اقتصاد السوق؛ الذي يعتبر عملية التنمية الصناعية في بناء المجتمع الجزائري قد أثرت على تكيّف العمال واستيعابهم لمستويات الأجهزة التقنية المعقدة، إذ لا يمكن الانتقال إلى نظام اقتصادي جديد إلا بالتقليل إلى أدنى حد من التكاليف الاجتماعية من حيث الشروط الأساسية لنجاح التكيّف مع اقتصاد عالمي يسير في اتجاه ظاهرة العولمة، هو إدراج العنصر الاجتماعي في برامج الإصلاح الاقتصادي لتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية فحسب، وإنما لضمان القبول السياسي والاستدامة الاجتماعية للإصلاحات الاقتصادية.

The Algerian institution has gone through a distinct stage in economic architecture, which is the transition from planning economic architecture directed to a market economy, which is considered the process of industrial development in building Algerian society that has affected the adaptation of workers and their assimilation to the levels of complex technical devices. The transition to a new economic system can be achieved only by minimizing social costs in terms of the prerequisites for successful adjustment to a globalizing world economy, namely, the inclusion of the social component in economic reform programs to achieve social justice, but also to ensure Political acceptance and social sustainability of economic reforms.
