المستخلص: تسعى هذه الدراسة نتحلحل وتفكيك بينية*** جثمان الفلسطيني/ ة المعتقل /ة في معتقلات الموت الإسرائيلية، او المثاوي المؤقتة المعروفة باسم مقابر الارقام السرية، او في ثلاجات الأسر الإسرائيلية، وتركز على الفترة التي تلي اعلان الموت/ القتل، والتي إما تنتهي بوصول جسد الميت /ة الفلسطيني/ة إلى مثواه/ ها الأخير، وإما لا تنتهي وتعلق/ تجمد إلى أجل غير مسمي في معتقلات جثامين الفلسطينيين/ ات الإسرائيلية، من خلال توثيق عدد من حالات الجثامين المعتقلة، وتوثيق الخطابين الإسرائيلي والفلسطيني.
هذه الدراسة تحلل وتفكك بيتيه الموت في السياق الفلسطيني، وتحولات جسد الميت/ة وانتقالاته بين مختلف التصنيفات والتعريفات السياسية -الاجتماعية. وهنا يجرى تجاوز التحليل البنيوي الخطي المطروح في العلوم الاجتماعية الغربية لبينية جسد الميت/ة بين لحظة إعلان الموت، وبين الوصول إلى المثوى الأخير (القبر)، وتطرح قراءه لدائرية ووكالة جسد الميت/ة والسياسية في السياق الفلسطيني. ومما لا شك فيه ان احتجاز الجثامين هو وسيلة تستخدمها إسرائيل من أجل تأكيد سيادتها على الأرض وعلى جسد الفلسطيني/ة، حياً كان أو ميتاً؛ الجسد الذي تُنقش على جلده وزمنه وحيّزه الممارسات الاستعمارية الإسرائيلية، وفي الوقت ذاته، المقاومة الفلسطينية لهذه الممارسات.


This study seeks to decompose and dismantle the body of the Palestinian prisoner (male and female) in Israeli death camps, or temporary makeshifts known as the graves of secret numbers, or in the refrigerators of Israeli families. It focuses on the period following the declaration of death/murder, which either ends with the arrival of the body of the deceased to his last place, or it does not stop and gets hanged or frozen for an indefinite period in the Israeli bodies detention centres, through documenting a number of cases of the detained bodies, and documenting the Israeli and Palestinian letters.
This study analyzes and disintegrates of death in the Palestinian context and the transformation of the body of the dead and its transitions between different socio-political classifications and definitions. Here happens the transgression of the linear structural analysis presented in the Western social sciences for clearing of the body of the dead between the moment of the declaration of death and the arrival to the last place (the grave). The readings are presented to a circular and agency of the body of the dead and political in the Palestinian context. There is no doubt that the detention of the bodies is a means used by Israel to assert its sovereignty over the land and the body of the Palestinian, whether alive or dead, the body whose skin, time and space are engraved by Israeli colonial practices and, at the same time, Palestinian resistance to such practices.
