هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الذكاءات المتعددة لدى معلمي ومعلمات الموهوبين في منطقة القصيم من وجهة نظرهم في ضوء متغيرات (الجنس، والخبرة)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (91) معلماً ومعلمة، موزعين كالآتي، (47) معلم، و(44) معلمة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد طور الباحث مقياس والتر ماكنزي (1999 ,Mckenzie) لمسح الذكاءات المتعددة، حيث اشتمل المقياس على (80) فقرة موزعة على ثمانية مجالات، ويمثل كل مجال نوعاً من أنواع الذكاءات المتعددة. ولاستخراج النتائج، تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية للإجابة عن السؤال الأول، واستخدام اختبار (ت) للإجابة عن السؤال الثاني والثالث للدراسة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن معلمي ومعلمات الموهوبين في منطقة القصيم يمتلكون مجالات الذكاءات الثمانية كافة وبمتوسطات حسابية تراوحت من (15,54و15،11)، وجاءت الذكاءت المتعددة حسب الترتيب التالي (الذكاء البصري المكاني، الذكاء الذاتي-الداخلي، الذكاء المنطقي-الرياضي، الذكاء الجسدي الحركي، الذكاء اللغوي واللفظي، الذكاء الاجتماعي-الخارجي، الذكاء الطبيعي-البيئي، الذكاء الموسيقي). وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة في (الذكاء اللفظي/ اللغوي، الذكاء الطبيعي/ البيئي، الذكاء المنطقي/ الرياضي، الذكاء البصري/ المكاني) لصالح الإناث، ولا توجد فروق دالة في مجالات (الذكاء الذاتي/ الداخلي، الذكاء الاجتماعي/ الخارجي، الذكاء الجسدي/ الحركي، الذكاء الموسيقي/ الإيقاعي) تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكر، أنثى). وبينت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة في مجالات (الذكاء الذاتي –الداخلي، الذكاء اللفظي/اللغوي، الذكاء المنطقي/الرياضي، الذكاء البصري/ المكاني، الذكاء الموسيقي/ الإيقاعي) لصالح من خبرتهم 5 سنوات فاقل، وعدم وجود فروق دالة في مجالات (الذكاء الاجتماعي/ الخارجي، الذكاء الطبيعي/ البيئي، الذكاء الجسدي/ الحركي) تبعاً لمتغير الخبرة (5 سنوات فاقل، و5 سنوات فأعلى)، وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات.
The study aimed to in wistigat the level of multiple intelligences to the gifted teachers in Qassim region, from their point of view area in the light of the variables (sex, and experience), the study sample consisted of 91 male and female teachers, distributors as follows, (47), and (44) a teacher teacher, to achieve the objectives of the study has developed a researcher Walter McKenzie scale (Mckenzie, 1999) to scan multiple intelligences, which included standard on (80) items distributed on eight areas, and each area represents a kind of multiple intelligences. To extract the results, it was used averages, standard deviations and to answer the first question, the use of t-test to answer the second question and the third study. The study results showed that the teachers of the gifted in the Qassim region have areas of the eight intelligences all and averaged calculations ranged from (54.15 and 15.11), and came Multiple Intelligences in the following order (visual intelligence spatial, self and internal intelligence, logical and mathematical, physical and Kinetic intelligence, linguistic and verbal intelligence, social and external intelligence, natural and environmental intelligence, musician intelligence), revealed the results of the study on the presence of significant differences in the (verbal and linguistic intelligence, natural and environmental intelligence, logical and mathematical intelligence, visual and spatial intelligence) in favor of females , and there are no significant differences in the areas of (self and internal intelligence, external social intelligence, physical and motor, intelligence musical and rhythmic intelligence) depending on the variable sex (Male, Female), The results of the study on the presence of significant differences in the areas of (self and internal intelligence, verbal and linguistic intelligence, logical and mathematical intelligence, visual and spatial intelligence, musical and rhythmic intelligence) for the benefit of their experience of 5 years or less, and there is no significant in the areas of (social intelligence , external, natural / environmental, physical and motor intelligence) depending on variable experience (less5 years, and above 5 years), and finally the study find out several recommendations
