المستخلص: يشكل موضوع الاتصال أحد أهم الانشغالات العلمية لدى الباحثين في مختلف تخصصات العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية منذ منتصف القرن العشرين، غير أن الدراسات التي شهدتها الفترة الأخيرة ركزت على الاتصال في شقه الجماهيري وأهملت الاتصال الشخصي بالرغم من أن وسائل الاتصال الجماهيرية لا يمكن أن ترقى إلى مستوى الاتصال التبادلي المباشر المرتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بالسياق الاجتماعي والثقافي للأفراد. من جانب آخر نجد أن هناك متغير مهم لم يدمج في دراسة الاتصال الشخصي رغم ما قد يقدمه من دلالات معرفية هامة في فهم سيرورته وتفسير اختلالاته، ونقصد هنا متغير حالات الأنا ودوره في فهم نسق الاتصال الشخصي السائد بين الأفراد . وهنا تبرز أهمية هذا البحث كونه يطرح فكرة مستحدثة متعلقة بدراسة "حالات الأنا" وإدماجها كمتغير نفسي اجتماعي يساعد على فهم سيرورات الاتصال الشخصي وتفسيره والتنبؤ به، متجاوزين بذلك التصورات والنماذج التي تصور حالات الأنا كخاصية تحدث داخل الانسان فقط (ذاتية)، إلى تناول يطمح إلى تقديم فهم سياقي (نفسي اجتماعي) لحالات الأنا كبعد يتدخل في نجاح أو فشل الاتصال الشخصي . وعلى هذا الأساس يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة سيرورات الاتصال الشخصي بين الأفراد في علاقتها بحالات الأنا انطلاقا من نظرية التحليل التبادلي Transactional Analysis Theory لــ ERIC BERNE ، والاشكالية التي يتناولها هذا البحث هي: كيف يمكن أن تشكل حالات الأنا زاوية تحليل ضرورية وملائمة في فهم ظاهرة الاتصال الشخصي وتفسير اختلالاته ؟. وللإجابة على هذا السؤال قسمنا هذه الدراسة إلى ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول خصصناه لمراجعة نظرية التحليل التبادلي وتحديد مفهوم حالات الأنا ، والمبحث الثاني وقفنا فيه على سيرورات الاتصال الشخصي ومناقشة فكرة السياق، أما المبحث الثالث فتناولنا فيه دور حالات الأنا في فهم سيرورات الاتصال الشخصي وتصحيح اختلالاته.

Communication is one of the most important scientific concerns among researchers in the various disciplines of humanities and social sciences since the mid-twentieth century, but studies in recent period focused on communication in the public apartment and neglected personal contact, although the mass media can not live up to the level of direct contact Exchange closely linked to the social and cultural context of individuals. On the other hand, we find that there is an important variable in the study did not incorporate interpersonal communication despite what may offer significant cognitive implications in the understand it, and we mean here variable ego states and its role in the understanding of interpersonal communication between individuals prevailing format. From here the importance of this research being put innovative idea related to the study of " ego states " and its integration as a variable psycho-social help to understand the processes of interpersonal communication, and the interpretation and prediction, thereby bypassing the perceptions and models depicting situations ego as a property occur within only human (subjective), to address aspires to provide an understanding of the contexts (psychosocial) ego states dimension interfere with the success or failure of interpersonal communication. On this basis, this paper aims to examine the processes of interpersonal communication between individuals in relation to the cases of the ego out of the theory of interactive analysis Transactional Analysis Theory for ERIC BERNE, and the problematic in this research is: How can ego states is working as an angle analysis is necessary and appropriate in understanding the phenomenon of interpersonal communication and interpretation?. To answer this question, this study divided into three sections: Section one dedicated to the review of transactional analysis theory and define the concept of ego states, and the second section include the processes of interpersonal communication and discuss the idea of context, the third section in which the role of ego states in the understanding of the processes of interpersonal communication
