المستخلص: The phenomenon of the synergy in the work of great importance to the activities of organizations (industrial and service) due to its role in the survival of organizations, which positively reflected in its ability to achieve its goals and then compete in the market and achieve growth and expansion, and it came this research, which aims to adopt the synergy of work between the divisions in the organization and stand over the importance of hard work and contribution to the achievement of the goals of the Municipality of Baghdad / projects department that have been selected as a society to apply the research. Research has adopted the case study method as well as the descriptive analytical method approach to research, with data and information gathered through field cohabitation and direct interviews with workers in the projects department for the purpose of recording observations about the actual reality of the situation, as well as the use of application form questionnaire distributed to the (30) individuals, which helped in reaching a solution to the problem represented by the knowledge of the extent of the contribution of the hard work in achieving the objectives of the projects department by measuring the impact of the hard work in achieving their goals, as well as deficiency of knowledge of the concept of synergy, and used in the analysis and descriptive statistical methods represented an average arithmetic, standard deviation, and methods of test represented by a factor correlation, and regression test impose Find president, who stated that the hard work between the parts of the organization (subsystems) have a positive impact in achieving its goals. The research found the presence of the impact of the phenomenon of synergy at work in achieving the organization's goals.

تشكل ظاهرة التداؤب في العمل أهمية كبيرة لأنشطة المنظمات (الصناعية والخدمية) نظرًا لدورها في بقاء المنظمات، والتي تنعكس إيجابًا في قدرتها على تحقيق أهدافها ومن ثم التنافس في السوق وتحقيق النمو والتوسع، وعليه جاء هذا البحث الذي يستهدف اعتماد العمل التداؤبي بين التقسيمات في المنظمة والوقوف على مدى أهمية العمل الدؤوب ومساهمته في تحقيق أهداف دائرة المشاريع في أمانة بغداد التي اختيرت كمجتمع لتطبيق البحث. وقد اعتمد البحث منهج دراسة الحالة فضلًا عن المنهج الوصفي التحليلي أسلوبًا للبحث، إذ جمعت البيانات والمعلومات من خلال المعايشة الميدانية والمقابلات المباشرة مع العاملين في دائرة المشاريع لغرض تسجيل الملاحظات عن الواقع الفعلي للحالة، فضلًا عن الاستعانة باستمارة استبانة وزعت على (30) فردًا، والتي ساعدت في التوصل إلى حل للمشكلة التي تمثلت بمعرفة مدى مساهمة العمل الدؤوب في تحقيق أهداف دائرة المشاريع من خلال قياس أثر العمل الدؤوب في تحقيق أهدافها، فضلًا عن العوز المعرفي لمفهوم التداؤب، واستخدم في التحليل أساليب إحصائية وصفية تمثلت بالمتوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، وأساليب اختيارية تمثلت بمعامل الارتباط، والانحدار لاختبار فرض البحث الرئيس الذي نص على أن العمل الدؤوب بين أجزاء المنظمة (المنظومات الفرعية) له أثر إيجابي في تحقيق أهدافها، وتوصل البحث إلى وجود أثر لظاهرة التداؤب في تحقيق أهداف المنظمة.
