In general, research attempts to answer the following questions: 1. Is there a clear perception among managers in the ministry under discussion about the importance of organized civilization? 2. Is there a clear perception among managers in the ministry under the concept and dimensions of strategic performance? 3. Nature of the relationship (correlation and impact) between organized civilization and strategic performance in the ministry under discussion? The research found a set of conclusions, including - The presence of a significant correlation between the organization and the civilization of strategic performance in the ministry center under discussion. - The existence of a significant effect of the civilization of the organization in strategic performance in the ministry under discussion Depending on the findings of the research has provided a number of proposals are consistent with these findings....

يسعى البحث إلى تحديد العلاقة (علاقة الارتباط والتأثير) بين حضارة المنظمة والأداء الاستراتيجي على عينة من موظفي وزارة المالية، إن اهتمام الإدارة العليا للوزارة بتعزيز حضارة المنظمة يسهم في إمكانية تعزيز أدائها الاستراتيجي ومن ثم تحقيق النجاح وخدمة الصالح العام، ونظرا لعدم وجود دراسة تناولت العلاقة بين هذه المتغيرات، فقد سعى الباحثان إلى تضمين بحثهم الحالي هذه المتغيرات ضمن إطار شمولي في محاولة لدراسة العلاقة بينهما. وبشكل عام يحاول البحث الإجابة على التساؤلات الآتية: 1- هل هناك تصور واضح لدى المدراء في الوزارة قيد البحث عن أهمية حضارة المنظمة؟ 2- هل هناك تصور واضح لدى المدراء في الوزارة قيد البحث عن مفهوم وأبعاد الأداء الاستراتيجي؟ 3- ما طبيعة العلاقة (علاقة الارتباط والأثر) بين حضارة المنظمة والأداء الاستراتيجي في الوزارة قيد البحث؟ وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها: - وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين حضارة المنظمة والأداء الاستراتيجي في مركز الوزارة قيد البحث. - وجود تأثير معنوي لحضارة المنظمة في الأداء الاستراتيجي في الوزارة قيد البحث. واعتمادًا على الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها البحث فقد قدمت عدد من المقترحات المنسجمة مع هذه الاستنتاجات.
