|b This study aims to elucidate the effect of the adoption of administrative creativity and the degree of availability of the attributes of the creative capacity )Originality, fluency, flexibility, sensitivity of problems, risk) and the creative climate on the functionality of the worker for a sample composed of 52 heads of services in kasdi merbah university. The most important results indicate the presence of a statistically significant impact of administrative creativity to improve the functionality of the sample individuals. Thus, the study emphasizes the need to pay more attention to the creative climate, and to provide appropriate conditions to reach higher return using innovative methods, such as doing tasks in the best way and achieving the worker’s satisfaction.

|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر تبني المؤسسات للإبداع الإداري ودرجة توفر مقوماته من سمات القدرة الإبداعية) الأصالة، الطلاقة، المرونة، الحساسية للمشكلات، المخاطرة (للموظف وتوفير متغيرات المناخ الإبداعي وتحديد أثرها على الأداء الوظيفي لعينة مكونة من 52 مفردة من رؤساء المصالح بجامعة ورقلة. دلّت أهم النتائج عن وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للإبداع الإداري في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لأفراد العينة، وأوصت الدراسة في الأخير بضرورة الاهتمام أكثر بالمناخ الإبداعي وتوفير الشروط والظروف الملائمة لإنتاج مردودية أكبر وبطرق مبتكرة ومنها الوصول إلى أداء المهام في أحسن وجه وتحقيق رضا العامل فبرضاه تزداد أهمية العمل الذي يقوم به.
