المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف علي أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق الإبداع في المشروعات الريادية، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية إلى في صناعة النفط في شركة الواحة في ليبيا، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين في المشاريع الريادية العاملة في مجال صناعة النفط في شركة الواحة للنفط الليبية في كل المواقع التابعة لها. أما عينة البحث فشملت المديرين كافة ورؤساء الأقسام ومشرفي الإنتاج العاملين في الشركة والمواقع التابعة لها، وقد تم توزيع (145) استبانة علي أفراد عينة الدراسة، استرجع من الاستبانات الموزعة ما مجمله (115) استبانة. وبعد فحص الاستبانات المستردة تبين أن عدد الاستبانات الكلي والصالح لعملية التحليل ما مجمله (95) استبانة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام الأسلوب التطبيقي، لجمع البيانات وتحليلها واختبار الفرضيات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلي عدد من النتائج أبرزها: أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي وجود أثر لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات بمتغيراتها المتمثلة بـــ(المدخلات، معالجة البيانات، المخرجات) في تحقيق الإبداع (الابتكار، المخاطرة، التفرد) في المشروعات الريادية التي تعمل في صناعة النفط في شركة الواحة في ليبيا. كما بينت نتائج الأنموذج المقترح للمعادلات الهيكلية (SEM) أنه هناك مواءمة تامة لمؤشرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات (المدخلات، معالجة البيانات، المخرجات) في تحقيق الإبداع (الابتكار، المخاطرة، التفرد) في المشروعات الريادية التي تعمل في صناعة النفط في شركة الواحة في ليبيا. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تقدمت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها: التأكيد علي أهمية الاستمرار في التطوير الفني والتقني لنظام تكنولوجيا المعلومات المستخدم، والتركيز علي تطبيق المبادئ والأسس العلمية والإدارية الرشيدة بما يحقق الإبداع والتطور في هذه المشاريع.

This study aimed to identify the impact of the use the information technology to achieve innovation in entrepreneurial projects, through a field study that operate in the oil industry in the Waha company in Libya, the study population consisted of the workers in the entrepreneurship operating in the oil industry in the Waha oil Libyan company in all its locations. The sample of the study encompassing all managers and heads of departments and the administrators of the production workers in the company and its subsidiary locations, which has been distributed (145) questionnaire on the study sample, where retrieve from questionnaires distributed a total of (115) questionnaire. After examination questionnaires the total number of (95) questionnaires are useful of the analysis process. To achieve the objectives of the study the descriptive analytical method, and applied method was used to collect and analyze data and test hypotheses. A number of results were highlighted as follows: There is a statistically significant impact of the use of information technology variables (input; data processing; output) in achieving innovation (innovation; risk; uniqueness) in the entrepreneurial projects that arc working in the oil industry in the Waha company in Libya. It also showed the results of the structural equations model (SEM), that there is full harmonization of indicators of information technology (input; data processing; output) in achieving innovation (innovation; risk; uniqueness) in the entrepreneurial projects that arc working in the oil industry in the Waha company in Libya. In light of these results the study made several recommendations, including: the emphasis on the importance of continuing to artistic and technical system user of information technology development, and focus on the application of the principles of scientific and administrative foundations of governance in order to achieve innovation and development of these projects.
