يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة "أثر استراتيجية عبر –خطط- قوم في التحصيل وانتقال أثر التعلم والاحتفاظ به لدى طالبات الصف الثاني المتوسط في قواعد اللغة العربية"، ولتحقيق هدف البحث صاغ الباحث ثلاث فرضيات. وقد اختار الباحث – اختياراً قصدياً متوسطة اليمامة للبنات التابعة لمديرية تربية محافظة ذي قار، واختار من الصف الثاني متوسط شعبتين (أ،ب): الأولي مثلث المجموعة التجريبية وبلغ عدد طالباتها (33) طالبة ، والثانية المجموعة الضابطة وبلغ عدد طالباتها (33) طالبة، والثانية المجموعة الضابطة وبلغ عدد طالباتها (34) طالبة. وقبل بدء التدريس أجرى الباحث تكافؤا بين طالبات المجموعتين في عدد من المتغيرات إحصائيا وهي: العمر الزمني للطالبات محسوبا بالشهور، والتحصيل الدراسي للأبوين، ودرجات الطالبات في مادة قواعد اللغة العربية للعام الدراسي السابق 2014-2015، واختبار القدرة اللغوية. كما حدد الموضوعات التي ستدرس في التجربة وبلغت ستة موضوعات، كما صاغ (67) هدفا سلوكيا، عرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء والمتخصصين، بعد ذلك أعد الباحث خططا في تدريس موضوعات التجربة لكلا المجموعتين وعرض انموذجين منهما على مجموعة من الخبراء والمتخصصين، ودرس الباحث المجموعتين بنفسه. كما أعد الباحث اختبارا في مادة قواعد اللغة العربية يتكون من (30) فقرة اختبارية، وتحقق من صدقة وثباته، وطبق الاختبار على طالبات مجموعتي البحث في نهاية التجربة التي استمرت (10) أسابيع. وبعد تحليل البيانات باستعمال الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين توصل الباحث إلى وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط تحصيل طالبات مجموعتي البحث عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) لمصلحة المجموعة التجريبية التي درست مادة قواعد اللغة العربية على وفق استعمال استراتيجية عبر – خطط – قوم. وفي نهاية التجربة أوصى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات منها: ضرورة اهتمام معلمي اللغة العربية ومعلماتها باستعمال استراتيجية عبر – خطط – قوم لكل موضوع من موضوعات الكتب المنهجية المقررة، بحيث تلائم القدرات العقلية والمعرفة لطالبات الصف الثاني المتوسط. واقترح إجراء دراسات لاحقة يمكن أن تكون مكملة للبحث الحالي منها: إجراء دراسة تتناول استراتيجية (عبر – خطط – قوم) مع نماذج لنظريات حديثة أخر.
The current research aims to find out "the impact of express -strategy plans - evaluation in the collection and transmission of the impact of learning and retention among second grade students average in Arabic grammar," To achieve the aim of the research scholar coined the three hypotheses. Researcher chose medium-Yamamah Girls of the Directorate of Education province of Dhi Qar, and chose from the second row average two divisions (A, B): the first experimental group triangle and the number of her students (33 students), and the second control group and the number of her students (34 students) . Before the start of the teaching conducted researcher parity between students of the two groups in a number of statistical variables: the chronological age of the students measured in months, and the educational attainment of the parents, students and degrees in Arabic language rules for the previous academic year 2014-2015, and test language ability. Also identified topics to be studied in the experiment and reached six subjects, as coined (67) behaviorally target, presented to a group of experts and specialists, then a promising researcher plans to teach subjects experience for both groups and display them on a group of experts and specialists, studied the researcher sets himself . Researcher also prepared a test in the subjcct of Arabic grammar consists of (30) checksums paragraph, check out his sincerity and persistence, and applied the test on two groups of students search at the end of the experiment, which lasted 10 weeks. After analyzing the data using t- test for two independent samples, the researcher suggested a difference statistically significant between the average collection of students two sets of research at the level of (0.05) for the benefit of the experimental group that studied the Arabic language rules in accordance with the use of a strategic express-plan - evaluation. At the end of the experiment the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including: the need for attention to the Arabic language teachers and parameters using express -strategy plan - evaluation of each of the subjects textbooks assessments to suit the mental and cognitive abilities to second grade students average. He proposed to hold subsequent studies can be complementary to the current search, including: conducting a study on the strategy (express-plan - evaluation) with modern I models for other theories.
