المستخلص: يتطرق البحث لمسالة مهمة جداً تعم بها البلوى، وتشتد الحاجة لها، مع قلة الكتابة فيها، وضعف الاهتمام بها، في مقابل الاهتمام بأحكام التلاوة، وهي ضوابط كتابة القرآن الكريم، علما بأن هذه الضوابط والأحكام لا تنحصر في كتابة المصحف، بل تشمل كتابة الآيات عموماً، فهي أشد انتشاراً، خاصة مع تطور أساليب الكتابة وأدواتها وطرقها، وهذا البحث هو السلسلة الأولى والجزء الأول ضمن الأجزاء الأربعة في ضوابط كتابة القرآن الكريم، وهو خاص بضوابط المكتوب به، وتتبعه أبحاث أخرى - بإذن الله - وهي ضوابط المكتوب عليه، أي: سطح الكتابة ومحلها، وضوابط الكتابة، وضوابط الكاتب، وهذا البحث يتعلق بالقسم الأول:
(ضوابط المكتوب به)، المتمثلة ب (المداد والأداة)، وابتدأت البحث بتحرير الضوابط المتعلقة بالمداد.
أولها: مسالة حكم كتابة القرآن بالمداد النجس
ثانيها: مسالة حكم كتابة القرآن بالذهب
ثالثها: مسالة حكم كتابة القرآن بالحرير.
رابعها: بحث الصور الحديثة المعاصرة غير المسبوقة في مادة الكتابة وحكم كتابة القرآن بها.
ثم انتقل البحث لتحرير الضوابط المتعلقة بالشق الثاني للمكتوب به وهي المتعلقة بالأداة (آلة الكتابة)، وهي بدورها لها متعلقان: القلم الذي يكتب به، واليد التي يكتب بها.
وقد حررت واستنبطت الشروط والقواعد المطلوبة والمرعية في ذلك. ثم ختمت البحث بذكر أبرز النتائج المستخلصة وذيلته بقائمة للمصادر والمراجع

The research discusses a very important issue which causes various problems and which needs immediate attention as there are very few books written on this issue and very less attention was paid to it as compared to the rules of the Qur’an. That issue is related to the ruling on writing the Qur’an. It should be known that these regulations and ruling are not limited to writing the Qur’an but include the writing of the verses in general as they are more widespread especially with the development of the writing methods, their tools and styles. This research is the first series and the first volume as part of the four volumes regarding the ruling on writing the Qur’an. It is related to the ruling on what is written followed by other researches - God willing - the ruling on what is written on i.e writing surface, its place, rulings on writing and rulings on the writer. This research is related to the first section. The rulings on what is written with such as ink and tool. I started the research by mentioning the regulations related to the ink.
First: The issue of the ruling on writing the Qur’an with dirty and unclean ink.
Second: The issue of the ruling on writing the Qur’an with gold.
Third: The issue of the ruling on writing the Qur’an with silk.
Fourth: It discussed the unprecedented contemporary modern pictures in the form of writing and the ruling on writing the Qur’an. Then the research moved to mention the ruling related to the second section of what is written with which is related to the tool (the writing tool), which in its role is associated with two: the pen with which it is written and the hand with the help of which it is written.
I have mentioned and extracted the terms and conditions required and which should be taken care of in this regard. I have then concluded the research by mentioning the most prominent findings and its appendix with a list of sources and references.
