En raison de la nature appropriée de la personne morale, le législateur algérien a doté le juge d'instruction de pouvoirs procéduraux en harmonie avec la spécificité, de cette personne, en vue de bien mener son empiète.
Bien que ces mesures n’ont pas été incluses dans les obligations du contrôle judiciaire comme cités dans les dispositions de l'article (125 bis 1, C. P. P. A.), il me semble qu'il serait opportun de les y insérer, du fait qu'il ne pose aucune incompatibilité.

نظرا لطبيعة الشخص المعنوي ولملاءمة إجراءات التحقيق مع هذه الطبيعة، وتمكينا لقاضي التحقيق من إجراء تحقيقه على أحسن وجه، فلقد خصه المشرع الجزائري ببعض التدابير الإجرائية التي تتلاءم وطبيعته. وهي التدابير التي لم يدرجها في الالتزامات القانونية الخاصة بالرقابة القضائية والمذكورة في أحكام المادة (125 مكرر1 من ق. إ. ج. ج.)، على الرغم من عدم اختلافهما كثيرا عن بعضهما البعض، وبالتالي إمكانية إدراج الأولى مع الثانية تبدو لنا قائمة دون أي إشكال.
