المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى رصد واقع مفاهيم حقوق الإنسان لدى طلاب التعليم الجامعي في مصر خاصة في ظل التغيرات السياسة المعاصرة ودور التعليم في تطويره. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي من أجل عرض وتحليل مفاهيم حقوق الإنسان، وأنواعها، وخصائصها، ودور التعليم الجامعي في تنمية مفاهيم حقوق الإنسان، والتغييرات السياسية المعاصرة الداعية إلى الاهتمام بتنمية مفاهيم حقوق الإنسان الصحيحة لدى طلاب الجامعة.
كما تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان – كأداة من أدوات المنهج الوصفي – لجمع البيانات من بعض طلاب السنوات النهائية بجامعة أسيوط حول مدى إدراكهم لمفهوم حقوق الإنسان، وأساليب ممارستها، ودور التعليم الجامعي في تنمية مفهوم حقوق الإنسان لدى الطلاب، والمقترحات التي ينبغي توافرها لنمو مفهوم حقوق الإنسان. وفي نهاية البحث تم وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الجامعة في تربية وتعليم وتدريب طلابها على ممارسة حقوق الإنسان بصورة سليمة. وقد تم بناء هذا التصور المقترح في ضوء ما يلي:
أ‌. الدراسات السابقة وما انتهت إليه من نتائج وتوصيات.
ب‌. نتائج دراسات الباحث الراهنة، والتي اعتمدت على محورين، هما:
1- الإطار النظري للبحث.
2- تحليل وتفسير نتائج استبيان البحث الذي تم تطبيقه على عينة ممثلة من طلاب الفرق النهائية ببعض الكليات النظرية والعملية بجامعة أسيوط، والتي أظهرت أن (66%) من الطلاب – عينة البحث والذي بلغ عددهم الإجمالي (1128) طالبا وطالبة – لا يدركون المفهوم الصحيح لحقوق الإنسان.
كما أنهى الباحث بحثه يتصور مقترح لتفعيل دور التعليم الجامعي في تنمية مفاهيم حقوق الإنسان لدى الطلاب لمواجهة بعض التغييرات السياسية المعاصرة في المجتمع. وقد ذيل الباحث هذا البحث ببحوث مقترحة وبقائمة للمراجع.

This research aims to monitor the reality of human rights concepts among university education students in Egypt, especially in light of the contemporary political changes and the role of education in its development. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive approach to present and analyse the concepts, types and characteristics of human rights, the role of university education in the development of human rights concepts, and contemporary political changes calling for the concern of developing the true concepts of human rights among university students.
The questionnaire was also used as a tool for the descriptive method to collect data from some of the final year students at Asyut University about their understanding of the concept of human rights and the methods of exercising them, the role of university education in the development of the concept of human rights among students, and the proposals that should be available for the growth of the concept of human rights. At the end of the research, a proposed concept was introduced to activate the role of the university in the education, teaching and training of its students in the proper exercise of human rights. This proposed scenario was built in light of the following:
a. Previous studies, conclusions and recommendations.
b. The results of the researcher's current studies, which were based on two themes which are:
1- Theoretical framework of the research.
2- Analysing and interpreting the results of the research questionnaire, which was applied to a representative sample of final teams’ students in some theoretical and practical faculties at Asyut University, which showed that 66% of the students - the sample of the research, and their total number reached (1128) male and female students - do not realize the correct concept for human rights.
The researcher concluded his research with a proposal to activate the role of university education in the development of human rights concepts among students to face some contemporary political changes in society. The researcher has appended this research with suggested research and a list of references.
