يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية القيم الأسرية في ظل العصر المعلوماتي، وقد طبقت أدوات الدراسة "استمارة البيانات العامة، استبيان القيم الأسرية" علي عينة البحث وقوامها (200) أسرة وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي: • فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في تحمل المسؤولية تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة "المستوي التعليمي، العمر، العمل، مدة الزواج، عدد أفراد الأسرة، الدخل الشهري للأسرة"، فكانت دالة لصالح المستوي التعليمي الأعلى، والعمر الأكبر، وللعاملات، ولمدة الزواج الأكبر، ولأفراد الأسرة الأقل، ولأفراد الأسرة ذوي والدخل الشهري المرتفع. • فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في التضحية والتعاون تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة "المستوي التعليمي، العمر، العمل، مدة الزواج، عدد أفراد الأسرة، الدخل الشهري للأسرة" فكانت دالة لصالح المستوي التعليمي الأعلى، والعمر الأكبر، وللعاملات، ولمدة الزواج الأكبر، ولأفراد الأسرة الأقل، ولأفراد الأسرة ذوي والدخل الشهري المرتفع. • فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في المنافسة تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة ""المستوي التعليمي، العمر، العمل، مدة الزواج، عدد أفراد الأسرة، الدخل الشهري للأسرة" فكانت دالة لصالح المستوي التعليمي الأعلى، والعمر الأكبر، وللعاملات، ولمدة الزواج الأكبر، ولأفراد الأسرة الأقل، ولأفراد الأسرة ذوي والدخل الشهري المرتفع. • فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في الطموح والمثابرة والنجاح بالعمل تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة "المستوي التعليمي، العمر، العمل، مدة الزواج، عدد أفراد الأسرة، الدخل الشهري للأسرة"، فكانت دالة لصالح المستوي التعليمي الأعلى، والعمر الأكبر، وللعاملات، ولمدة الزواج الأكبر، ولأفراد الأسرة الأقل، ولأفراد الأسرة ذوي والدخل الشهري المتوسط. • وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين محاور استبيان القيم الأسرية ومتغيرات الدراسة. • تختلف نسبة مشاركة العوامل المؤثرة على القيم الأسرية، حيث كان المستوى التعليمي في المرتبة الأولي، يليه مدة الزواج في المرتبة الثانية، ثم العمر في المرتبة الثالثة، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة الدخل الشهري للأسرة. تختلف الأوزان النسبية لأولوية محاور القيم الأسرية، فكان أولوية محاور القيم الأسرية الطموح والمثابرة والنجاح بالعمل، يليه في المرتبة الثانية التضحية والتعاون، ويأتي في المرتبة الثالثة تحمل المسؤولية، ويأتي في المرتبة الرابعة المنافسة. • وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة البحث التجريبية في محاور استبيان القيم الأسرية قبل تطبيق البرنامج وبعده لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program for the development of family values under the information age, has applied the tools of the study, "public data form, family values questionnaire" on the research sample, strength (200 beds).
