The study aims to identify the role of social service in developing negotiation skills of leaderships of voluntary work in NGOs From this major objective emerge the following secondary objectives: 1-To inquire on the negotiator conceptions of voluntary work of leaderships 2- To recognize how far the voluntary work leaderships have the characteristics of successful negotiators. 3- To identify the skills of voluntary work leaderships in preparing the negotiation. 4- To see how far the leaderships of social work behave positively in the negotiation process. 5- To assess the extent of following negotiation tactics by leaderships of voluntary wok to achieve their objectives.
