المستخلص: دراسة العمال في المؤسسة من بين المواضيع المهمة التي شغلت بال العديد من الباحثين والمفكرين في حقول وميادين الإدارة، إذ ركزت الإدارة الحديثة على الموارد بشكل عام والموارد البشرية بشكل خاص، واعتبرت أن نجاح أي مؤسسة يتوقف على تحقيق أهدافها وفق إستراتيجية معينة خاصة بتطوير الموارد البشرية لكي تتوافق واحتياجات سوق العمل في إطار متطلبات العولمة ، مع مراعاة أثر ثقافة المؤسسة التي لها تأثير كبير على سلوك العاملين وخاصة في خضم التغيرات المتسارعة وانفتاح الأسواق والحدود والمنافسة الحادة بين الدول ومؤسسات على أسواق السلع والخدمات العالمية وفي هذا الإطار، نقوم بتسليط الضوء على تأثير ثقافة المؤسسة في تشكيل سلوك العاملين في ظل العولمة.

The study of workers in the institution is one of the important topics that have preoccupied many researchers and thinkers in the fields and fields of management. Modern management has focused on resources in general and human resources in particular. They considered that the success of any institution depends on achieving its objectives according to a specific strategy for developing human resources in order to conform to the needs of the labour market in the context of the demands of globalization. Taking into account the impact of the institution's culture, which has a significant impact on the behaviour of workers, especially in the midst of rapid changes, market opening, borders and sharp competition between countries and institutions on international goods and services markets. We highlight the impact of corporate culture on shaping the behavior of workers in a globalized environment.

Etude des travailleurs à l'organisation des sujets clés qui préoccupent de nombreux chercheurs et intellectuels dans les domaines de la gestion.
