المستخلص: المعايير الدولية ISO الآن عديدة في مجتمعاتنا ومنظماتنا. والواقع أنها تتوافق مع الأبعاد المؤسسية للحداثة.
هذه المعايير هي أدوات استراتيجية وتشغيلية مستخدمة على نطاق واسع من قبل مختلف المؤسسات في جميع أنحاء العالم بغرض تحسين أدائها ومن ثم ضمان التميز التنظيمي.
يقدم هذا المقال تحليلات نظرية وعملية لمساهمة رأس المال البشري في خلق القيمة والميزة التنافسية من خلال دمج المعايير الدولية.


Les normes internationales ISO sont aujourd’hui très nombreuses dans nos sociétés et organisations. Elles correspondent en effet aux dimensions institutionnelles de la modernité.
Ces normes constituent des outils stratégiques et opérationnels largement utilisés par les différentes entreprises à travers le monde, dans le but d’améliorer leurs performances, puis garantir l’excellence organisationnelle.
Cet article présente des analyses théoriques et pratiques de la contribution du capital humain à la création de valeur et d’avantage concurrentiel à travers l’intégration des normes internationales.

International standards (ISO) are now numerous in our communities and organizations. Indeed, they correspond with the institutional dimensions of modernity.
These standards are strategic and operational tools widely used by various organizations around the world to improve their performance as well as ensure organizational excellence.
This article presents the theoretical and practical analysis of the contribution of human capital to value creation and competitive advantage through the integration of international standards.
