|f This study aimed to identify the relationship between perceived stress and achievement motivation among secondary education teachers, as well as identifying the levels of perceived stress, and achievement motivation level among individuals of the sample, and finally, we sought to clarify the relationship between the various variables of the study. This study was conducted on a sample made up of 200 male and female professors who were randomly chosen from among all secondary education professors affiliated to four provinces (Algiers, Blida, Tipaza, Ain Defla). The researcher distributed the study tool consisting of the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) and the Achievement Motives Scale (AMS) (prepared by the researcher) on the study sample individuals, the researcher has reached the following conclusions:\n- Secondary education teachers are highly motivated.\n- Secondary education teachers suffer from low psychological stress.\n- There is a statistically significant correlation between the perception of stress and the achievement motivation among secondary education teachers.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الضغط النفسي المدرك مع الدافعية للإنجاز لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي، وكذا التعرف على مستويات الضغط النفسي المدرك، ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى أفراد العينة، وفي الأخير سعينا إلى توضيح العلاقة بين مختلف متغيرات الدراسة، وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 200 أستاذ وأستاذة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من بين جميع أساتذة التعليم الثانوي المنتسبين إلى أربعة ولايات (الجزائر، البليدة، تيبازة، عين الدفلى)، حيث قام الباحث بتوزيع أداة الدراسة المتكونة من مقياس الضغط النفسي المدرك، ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز (من إعداد الباحث) على أفراد عينة الدراسة، وقد توصل الباحث إلى النتائج التالية:\n- يتمتع أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بدافعية للإنجاز عالية.\n- يعاني أساتذة التعليم الثانوي من ضغط نفسي منخفض.\n- توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين إدراك الضغط النفسي ودافعية الإنجاز لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي.

|d L'étude visait à déterminer la relation entre le stress psychologique perçu et la motivation d'accomplissement ’ ainsi que l'identification des niveaux de stress perçu et le niveau de motivation d'accomplissement chez les enseignants du secondaire ’ et dans le second ’nous avons cherché à clarifier la relation entre les différentes variables de l'étude ’et proposer une synthèse des résultats d'une enquête effectuée auprès de 200 professeurs choisi d'une manière hasardeuse parmi Tous les enseignants du secondaire de quatre wilayas ou le chercheure est parvenu aux conclusions suivantes:\n- Les enseignants du secondaire jouissent d’une grande motivation d’accomplissement.\n- les enseignants du secondaire souffrent d’un faible stress psychologique\n- il existe une corrélation statistiquement significative entre la perception du stress psychologique et la motivation d’accomplissent chez les enseignants du secondaire.\n
