|a إن تكنولوجيا المعلومات تعتبر كوسيلة لتحويل البيانات إلى معلومات باستخدام مجموعة من الإجراءات والأدوات الفنية والآلية لبناء نظم معلومات فعالة تسمح بتحقيق الأداء الإنتاجي وذلك من خلال استراتيجية لها خططها وبرامجها وأجهزتها المسؤولة، تقدر الأولويات وتضع برامج التنفيذ بناءا على دراسات من الواقع البيئي والأهداف المراد تحقيقها، كما لها أهمية قصوى في خفض كلف الإنتاج وسرعة الأداء بما يسمح بتعزيز المركز السوقي للمؤسسة من خلال زيادة مستويات الرضا لدى الزبائن وكسب ولائهم نتيجة لتحسين جودة خدماتها. \nضمن هذا السياق، فإن هذه الدراسة تحاول إبراز دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين جودة الخدمة وإسقاط ذلك على مجال التأمين حالة شركة SAA مديرية بشار.

|d La technologie de l'information se considère comme un moyen de transformer les données en informations en utilisant un ensemble de procédures, outils techniques et mécanismes de la construction des systèmes l'information fiables qui correspondent à la réalisation d’une performance productive à partir d’une stratégie accompagnée de plans, de programmes et d’instruments responsable, permettre l’estimation des priorités et l’élaboration des programmes de la mise en œuvre sur la base des études environnementale et les objectifs à atteindre, comme elle est importante dans la réduction des couts de productions et accélérer le rythme de ce l’activité, qui permet de renforcer la position de l’entreprise sur le marché en augmentant les niveaux de satisfactions des clients et de gagner leur fidélité à la suite de l’amélioration de la qualité de ses services. \nDans ce contexte, cette étude essaie de montrer le rôle des technologies de l’information dans l’amélioration de la qualité du service en examinant le cas de la SAA direction Béchar.

|f Information technology is considered as a means of converting data into information using a set of technical and automated procedures and tools to build effective information systems that allow for productive performance through a strategy that has plans, programs and responsible bodies, values priorities and develops implementation programs based on studies of environmental reality and objectives to be achieved. It is also of utmost importance to reduce the production cost and speed of performance in order to enhance the market position of the enterprise by increasing the levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty as a result of improving the quality of its services. \nWithin this context, this study attempts to highlight the role of information technology in improving the quality of service and dropping it on the insurance status of the company SAA in Bechar Province. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
