المستخلص: Research topic: (The chapter of Al-Nasr) is a science and deed, meditative applied study for (the chapter of Al-Nasr), using project’s methodology (the Qur`an is a science and deed), which based on the approach of the Prophet methodology in dealing with the Holy Qur`an. Targets:- Activating what has been rooting in the project (the Qur’an is science and deed) with regard to the methodology of the Prophet in dealing with the Qur’an; (with science and deed); to bring the matter of understanding and reflection on the Qur’an, work on it, do its rights, full utilization of it , and help Muslims on the Full utilization of ( the chapter of Al-Nasr) in particular ( with science and deed ) as an example in this way. Methodology:- I have not adopted only one approach in this study; because the nature necessitated in some sections adopting an inductive method more and in others adopting analytical method. That’s although it may be rare that one of Study sections or chapters has been limited to one approach, but in total the inductive method has the largest share, followed by the analytical one. I cared about matters that serve the understanding, reflection and application directly, even the sections which related to explanations and Qur`anic sciences that we displayed. We displayed it from an objective side emphasizing on its scientific and applied reflection. It was Used the maps, designs, and diagrams to summarize and highlight many points. Planning: The study came as introducing as prepared to research, three sections, and reinforcing conclusion, then The conclusion came with the most important results and recommendations. We tried in this study to show a set of important requirements and answer a series of questions related to the full and complete consideration of the chapter of Al-Nasr, with knowledge and deed, rooting and activation. Those things has been summarized in the (intention), (methodology), (importance), (mechanism), (realistic models) and (continuity). The most important results: This study proved the ability (the approach of knowledge and deed ) to apply on the chapters of the Holy Qur`an. The prophet’s sunnah full of meditative and applied prospects regarding the Qur`anic verses and chapters. Prophetic dealing with the Quraan has been deeper and more complete than just doing the rights of buildings from reading, intonation and save the story of the chapter. And that the short buildings chapters as a chapter of victory, God has included preaching meanings that a person needs to reform his life and afterlife. The most important recommendations:- 1. the necessity of adopting the integrated approach of the Prophet in Qur`anic Education: (faith and the Qur’an, knowledge and deed) in Qur`anic education institutions, circulated it, and training of workers in the Qur`anic education institutions on its assets and rules, and to invite the Muslim masses to return to it. 2. Exert more effort for the chapters and the verses which Muslims used much. They are frequently repeating these verses in their life these days; because they are easy to approach and include the treasures which people needs to be near to them. 3. Necessity to raise Muslims’ awareness (with rooting and activation) with necessity of reading Prophetic Sunnah to know about meditative and applied prospectors for Qur`anic chapters and verses; emphasizing on that studying of the chapter (Sura)should not be limited on what stated in the explanation books because that leads to the purpose of (scientific education), but the practical education (with Interpretation and Following) is the most important.

موضوع البحث: )سورة النصر( علم وعمل، دراسة تدبرية تطبيقية لسورة النصر، باستخدام منهجية مشروع )القرآن علم وعمل(، والذي يرتكز على المنهج النبوي في التعامل مع القرآن. أهدافه: تفعيل ما تم تأصيله في مشروع )القرآن علم وعمل( فيما يتعلق بالمنهجية النبوية في التعامل مع القرآن الكريم )علما وعملا(؛ لتقريب مسألة فهم القرآن وتدبره والعمل به والقيام بحقوقه والانتفاع الكامل به، ومساعدة المسلمين على الانتفاع الكامل بسورة النصر على الخصوص )علما وعملا( كمثال يحتذونه في هذا الطريق. منهجه: لم أعتمد منهجا واحدا في هذه الدراسة؛ لأن طبيعتها استلزمت في بعض المباحث أن أعتمد المنهج الاستقرائي بصورة أكبر، في أخرى أن أعتمد المنهج التحليلي، رغم أنه قد يندر أن يكون مبحث من مباحث الدراسة أو فصولها قد اقتصر على منهج واحد، لكن بصورة إجمالية كان للمنهج الاستقرائي أكبر نصيب، تلاه المنهج التحليلي. وكانت عنايتي بالمسائل التي تخدم الفهم والتدبر والتطبيق بصورة مباشرة، حتى المباحث المتعلقة بالتفسير وعلوم القرآن التي تناولناها، تناولناها من زاوية مقاصدية، مع التأكيد على انعكاساتها العملية والتطبيقية. واستخدمت الخرائط والتصميمات والأشكال التوضيحية؛ لتلخيص وإبراز العديد من النقاط. خطته: وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في تمهيد تجهيزي، وثلاثة مباحث، وختام تعزيزي. ثم جاءت الخلاصة مع أهم النتائج والتوصيات. وحاولنا في هذه الدراسة تناول مجموعة مهمة من المتطلبات، وإجابة مجموعة من التساؤلات المتعلقة بالتدارس الكامل الشامل لسورة النصر، علما وعملا، تأصيلا وتفعيلا، وقد تم تلخيص تلك الأمور في: )النية(، و)المنهجية(، و)الأهمية(، و)الآلية(، و)النماذج الواقعية(، و)الاستمرارية(. أهم النتائج: أثبتت هذه الدراسة قابلية )منهج العلم والعمل( للتطبيق على سور القرآن حافلة بالآفاق التدبرية والتطبيقية المتعلقة الكريم، وأن سُنَّة النبي بالآيات والسور القرآنية، وأن التعامل النبوي مع القرآن قد كان أعمق وأكمل من مجرد القيام بحقوق المباني من القراءة والتجويد وحفظ الرواية. وأن السور قصيرة المباني كسورة النصر، قد ضَمَّنها الله أعظم المعاني التي يحتاجها الإنسان لإصلاح دنياه وأخراه. أهم التوصيات: ضرورة اعتماد المنهج النبوي المتكامل في التعليم القرآني )الإيمان والقرآن، والعلم والعمل( في مؤسسات التعليم القرآني، وتعميمه، وتدريب العاملين في مؤسسات التعليم القرآني على أصوله وقواعده، ودعوة جماهير المسلمين للعودة له. بذل قدر أكبر من العناية للسور والآيات التي يستخدمها المسلمون كثيرا، ويكثر تردادهم لها في حياتهم اليوم؛ لأنها سهلة التناول، وتشتمل على كنوز يحتاج الناس لتقريبها لهم. ضرورة تبصير المسلمين )تأصيلا وتفعيلا( بضرورة مطالعة السُّنَّة النبوية لمطالعة الآفاق التدبرية والتطبيقية للسور والآيات القرآنية؛ والتأكيد على أن تدارس السورة لا ينبغي أن يقتصر على ما جاء في كتب التفسير؛ لأن ذلك يؤدي غرضَ )التدارس العلمي(، لكن يبقى التدارس العملي )تدبرا واتباعا( هو الأهم.
