المستخلص: The study aimed to find out the effect of the intermediate role for the organizational structure in relation to the capabilities of the higher leadership and the effectiveness of the decision. The analytical-descriptive approach was used where a questionnaire was designed to collect data from the study community. 50 questionnaires were distributed, 41 of which were recoverd, and were valid for analysis reaching the percentage of (82%). The study adopted hypotheses that there is a positive correlation between senior leadership capabilities and decision-making and that there is a positive relationship between the capabilities of senior leadership and organizational structure and a positive correlation between decision-making and organizational structure. The organizational structure mediates the relationship between the capabilities of senior leadership and decision-making. A number of statistical methods were used in the study such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, alpha-Cronbach coefficient, factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, and regression analysis. The study reached a number of findings, including (1) Higher leadership capabilities have a positive impact on the effectiveness of decision. (2) The effectiveness of decisions is influenced by the characteristics of the organizational structure. (3) The organizational structure mediates the relationship between the capabilities of senior leadership and the effectiveness of the decision in organizations. The study recommended the possibility of conducting more research related to measuring the impact of senior management leadership patterns on management functions and introducing more variables in order to build the model of proposed studies in addition to applying the research in other sectors of business organizations.

هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة أثر الدور الوسيط للهيكل التنظيمي في علاقة قدرات القيادة العليا وفاعلية القرار تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم تصميم استبانة لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة وقد تم توزيع 50 استبانة تم استرجاع 41منها صالحة للتحليل بنسبة(82)%).تبنت الدراسة الفرضيات و هي هنالك علاقة إيجابية بين قدرات القيادة العليا واتخاذ القرار. هنالك علاقة إيجابية بين قدرات القيادة العليا والهيكل التنظيمي هنالك علاقة إيجابية بين اتخاذ القرار والهيكل التنظيمي. الهيكل التنظيمي يتوسط العلاقة بين قدرات القيادة العليا واتخاذ القرار. تم استخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية في الدراسة مثل الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل ألفا كرنوباخ، التحليل العاملي، معامل ارتباط بيرسون وتحليل الانحدار. توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج منها-: (1) قدرات القيادة العليا ذات أثر إيجابي علي فاعلية القرار. (2) تتأثر فعالية القرارات بخصائص الهيكل التنظيمي. (3) أن للهيكل التنظيمي يتوسط العلاقة بين قدرات القيادة العليا وفاعلية القرار في المنظمات. وقد أوصت الدراسة بإمكانية إجراء المزيد من البحوث المتعلقة بقياس أثر نمط القيادة الإدارية العليا علي وظائف الإدارة وإدخال المزيد من المتغيرات لبناء نموذج الدراسات المقترحة إضافة لتطبيق الدراسة في قطاعات أخرى من منظمات الأعمال .
