لا شك أن سعى التربية الإسلامية لتحقيق أهدافها، والوصول إلى غاياتها، تتم عن طريق وسائط ووسائل، واهم هذه الوسائط التي تعمل لتحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من تلك الأهداف، هي تلك المؤسسة التربوية الشامخة التي يمر بها كافة أفراد المجتمع في وقتنا الحاضر... أنها المؤسسات التعليمية بكافة مراحلها الدراسية فهي تقوم بتحقق" التربية الإسلامية بأسسها الفكرية والعقدية والتشريعية بأهدافها، وعلى رأسها هدف عبادة الله وتوحيده وخضوعه لأوامره وشريعته، وتنمية كل مواهب النشء وقدراته على الفطرة السليمة التي فطر الله الناس عليها، أي صون هذه القطرة من الزلل والانحراف. يهدف البحث إلى: الكشف عن حقوق المعلم في الفكر التربوي الإسلامي. التعرف على المستوي العام للوعي بحقوق عضو هيئة التدريس لدى طالبات كلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى. التعرف على مدى اختلاف مستوى الوعي بحقوق عضو هيئة التدريس لدي طالبات كلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى باختلاف التخصص. الكشف عن مدى اختلاف مستوى الوعي بحقوق عضو هيئة التدريس لدى طالبات كلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى باختلاف المستوى التعليمي. منهج البحث: المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي. المنهج الوصفي. عينة البحث: تم توزيع أداة الدراسة في صورتها النهائية عنى أفراد العينة قوامها (150) طالبة وتوصلت الدراسة إلي: وجود فروق بين أفراد العينة في مستوي الوعي بحقوق عضوات هيئة التدريس وجود فروق بين أفراد العينة في الوعي بحقوق عضوات هيئة التدريس تبعا لمتغير طبيعة الكلية. وجود فروق بين أفراد العينة في الوعي بحقوق عضوات هيئة التدريس تبعا لمتغير التخصص وجود فروق بين أفراد العينة في الوعي بحقوق عضوات هيئة التدريس تبعا لمتغير المستوي. وأوصت الدراسة ب: إصدار وثيقة لحقوق المعلم في الفكر التربوي. إنشاء مراكز بحثية متخصصة للحد من التقاعس لدي كثير من المعلمين عن القيام بواجباتهم. أعادة النظر في كل من طرق التدريس ومحتوى المقررات بحيث تشتمل على موضوعات تتعلق بتنمية الوعي بحقوق أساتذتهم. إقامة العديد من الدورات المتنوعة لحماية حقوق المعلم والطالب. دور وسائل الاتصال الحديثة في تثقيف الطالبات لرفع مستوي الوعي بحقوق عضو هيئة التدريس.

Research Methodology: • analytical deductive approach. • Descriptive method .
