هدف البحث إلى دراسة اتجاهات طلاب كلية المعلمين بجامعة الملك سعود نحو عملية التعلم في ضوء أحد نماذج التعلم الحديثة (نموذج مارزانو)، وكذلك تنمية وعي الطالب المعلم بالمهارات الحياتية وأهميتها بالدراسة الجامعية، ودراسة العلاقة بين اتجاهات الطلاب المعلمين نحو عملية التعلم في ضوء نموذج مارزانو ودرجة وعيهم بالمهارات الحياتية كمتطلب أساسي للنجاح الأكاديمي، في الإطار النظري تمت مراجعة نموذج أبعاد التعلم لمارزانو Marzanoبمكوناته الخمسة (الإدراكات والاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو عملية التعلم - اكتساب وتكامل المعرفة-توسيع المعرفة وصقلها- استخدام المعرفة بطريقة ذات معنى - عادات العقل)، وكذلك مفهوم المهارات الحياتية وأهميتها وأبرز تصنيفاتها. تكونت العينة النهائية من (132)، طالبا من طلاب كلية المعلمين بجامعة الملك سعود، وتضمنت الأدوات مقياس الوعي بالمهارات الحياتية: تم تصميمه في ضوء تصنيف اليونيسيف ٢٠٠٥ وتضمن 29 مفردة توزعت على أبعاد ثلاثة هي: مهارات التواصل بين الإفراد، ومهارات صنع القرار والتفكير الناقد، ومهارات التعامل وإدارة الذات. ، وتم تصميم مقياس الاتجاه نحو التعلم: في ضوء نموذج مارزانو لأبعاد التعلم وتضمن الأبعاد الخمسة لنموذج مارزانو وتكون من 50 مفردة وقد تمتعت الأداتين بمؤشرات صدق وثبات مناسبة. في النتائج: وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين درجة الوعي بالمهارات الحياتية وكل بعد من أبعاد الاتجاه نحو التعلم في ضوء نموذج مارزانو (الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو التعلم -اكتساب وتكامل المعرفة -توسيع المعرفة وصقلها -الاستخدام ذي المعنى للمعرفة -عادات العقل). وقد أمكن التنبؤ لدرجة الوعي بالمهارات الحياتية لدى الطلاب المعلمين بجامعة الملك سعود من خلال مكونات الاتجاه نحو التعلم في ضوء نموذج مارزانو وأمكن استخلاص معادلة انحدارية تعبر عن هذه العلاقة بطريقة تحليل الانحدار التدريجي كما يلي الوعي بالمهارات الحياتية= 69.19+ (1.932 الاتجاهات والإدراكات الإيجابية نحو التعلم + 1.048 اكتساب وتكامل المعرفة + 1.018 عادات العقل المنتجة+ 1.202 تعميق المعرفة وصقلها) أعلى درجات الوعي بالمهارات الحياتية لدى طلاب العينة كانت خاصة بمهارات التعامل وإدارة الذات حيث بلغت قيمة متوسط درجتها 4.37 وبذلك صنفت بأنها مهارات مهمة جدا، تلتها المهارات الحياتية الخاصة بالتواصل بين الأفراد بمتوسط قدره 4.14 وبذلك صنفت بأنها مهارات مهمة، تلتها المهارات الخاصة بصنع القرار والتفكير الناقد حيث بلغت قيمة متوسطها 3088 وبذلك صنفت بأنها مهارات مهمة من وجهة نظر الطلاب المعلمين بجامعة الملك سعود بالعينة قيد البحث.
The research aimed to investigate the attitudes of students of Teachers Faculty at King Saud university about the learning process in the light of a Modern learning model: (Marzano Model ) , as well as the pormotion of their awareness about life skills also, the investigation of the relationship between their attitudes toward learning process in the light of Marzano′s Model and the degree of awarenessof life skills as a prerequisite for academic success , in the theoretical framework the researchers have been revised Marzano model of learning dimensions and its five components ( perceptions and positive attitudes towards the learning process - the acquisition and integration of knowledge - the expansion of knowledge and refined - the use of knowledge in a meaningful way - habits of Mind ) , as well as the concept of life skills and their taxonomies. Formed the final sample of 132 students from Teachers faculty , King Saud University , and included two tools: first questionnaire for awareness of life skills : it was designed in the light of the classification promoted by UNICEF in 2005 and included 29 items distributed to the three dimensions are: communication skills between individuals , and decision-making skills and critical thinking, and interpersonal skills and self-management . , second tool Was designed to measure attitudes toward learning in light of Marzano model for the dimensions of learning the scale consists of 50 items the two scales had appropriate validity and reliability indicators. In Results: found a positive correlation statistically significant at the level of significance 0.01 between the degree of awareness of the life skills and every dimension of the attitudes towards learning in the light of Marzano model ( positive attitudes towards learning - the acquisition and integration of knowledge - to expand the knowledge and refined – meaningful use of knowledge - Habits of Mind ). It was possible to predict the degree of awareness of the students' life skills teacher at King Saud University through the components of the attitudes towards learning in the light of Marzano model and it was possible to derive a regression equation express this relationship by step-wise regression analysis as follows Awareness of life skills = 69.19 + (1.932 attitudes and positive perceptions about learning+ 1.048 acquisition and integration of knowledge+ 1.018 habits of mind + 1.202 deepen knowledge and refined) The highest degree of awareness of life skills among students in the sample were especially for life skills of: dealing and self-management as the value of the average degree of 4.37, and thus classified as a very important skills, followed by life skills of: communion between individuals with an average of 4.14, and thus classified as important skills , followed by life skills of, decision-making and critical thinking as the value of an average of 3.88 , and thus classified as important skills from the perspective of student teachers at the University of King Saud.
