أجرى هذا البحث بهدف دراسة الفروق في مستوى المهارات الحياتية (مهارة التواصل مع الآخرين، مهارة العلاقات العامة، المهارات البيئية، المهارات المنزلية) والسمات الشخصية (الحب، الحيوية، النظام، الجاذبية الشخصية) في ثلاث من رياض الأطفال بحى بولاق أبو العلا – وتوضيح العلاقة الإرتباطية بين محاور المهارات الحياتية وأبعاد السمات الشخصية لدى أطفال الروضة عينة البحث الأساسية. وكذلك دراسة الفروق بين المهارات الحياتية والسمات الشخصية لأطفال الروضة تبعاً لمتغيرات موضع الدراسة (جنس الطفل، الترتيب بين الأخوة، المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للأسرة). وتحديد فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مصمم في تنمية المهارات الحياتية لتحسين بعض السمات الشخصية لدى أطفال الروضة عينة البحث التجريبية. وأشتمل البحث على عينة أساسية أختيرت بطريقة عرضية قوامها 159 طفلا وطفلة تتراوح أعمارهم من 5: 6 سنوات بثلاث دور لرياض الأطفال بحى بولاق أبو العلا بمحافظة القاهرة، وكذلك على عينة تجريبية تكونت من 25 طفل وطفلة واختيرت من الأطفال ذات الاستجابة الأقل وفقاً لمستوى المهارات الحياتية وكانت من روضة العلم والايمان. وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التجريبي وقد أوضحت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 في مستوى المهارات الحياتية ككل لصالح روضة الأمل. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 في أبعاد السمات الشخصية فكانت لصالح روضة النصر. ووجود علاقة إرتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائياً عند مستوى 0.01، 0.05 في مستوى المهارات الحياتية والسمات الشخصية لدى أطفال عينة البحث الاساسية. وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 في المهارات الحياتية تبعا لجنس الطفل وكانت لصالح البنات. وتبعا لترتيب الطفل وكانت لصالح الطفل الأول، وكذلك في المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادى للأسرة وكانت لصالح المستوى المرتفع. وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 في السمات الشخصية تبعاً لترتيب الطفل وكانت لصالح الطفل الأول. والمستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي المرتفع. ولم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إبعاد السمات الشخصية بين الأطفال الذكور والإناث. وأخيراً أثبتت النتائج فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المصمم في تنمية المهارات الحياتية لأطفال الروضة عينة البحث التجريبية وتحسين بعض السمات الشخصية لديهم. \
This research was fulfilled aiming to study the differences on the life skills level (skill of communication with others, the skillfulness of Public Relations, environmental skills, domestic skills), and personal traits (love, vitality, discipline, personal attraction), at three of kindergarten children at Boulak Abou El Ella districts. Also illustrating the linking relation between the life skills axis and the dimensions of personal traits in kindergarten children- sample of main research. Also, studying differences between life skills and personal traits of K.G. kids according to the variables of the subject of study (the child sex- his order among his brothers and sisters- the family social and economic level). Also specifying the efficiency of a training program designed for developing family skills to improve some personal traits in K.G. kids- sample of experimental research. The sample: The research included a main sample chosen intentionally of 159 children whose ages range between 5-6 years at three kindergarten site at Bolak Abou El Elaa district- Cairo Governorate which are (El Nasr- El Amal- El Elm and El Eman). Also on an experimental sample consists of 25 children, chosen from children of less response according to the level of life skills and it was from El Elam Wi El Eman K.G. The descriptive and experimental curricula were used, through the application of life skills measurement and the personal traits measurement and the training program designed for developing life skills for K.G. Children. (SPSS.) statistical program for data analysis was applied by using the variance analysis (F) and (T-test) and oral test for multi-comparisons among averages. The results: The results shaved the existence of differences of statistical function at level (0.01) in the family skills level as a whole in favor of El Amal K.G. Also the existence of differences of statistical function at levelO.01 in the dimensions of personal traits in favor of El Nasr K.G. Also the existence of positive linking relation of statistical function at levelO.01-0.05 at life skills and personal traits level in the children sample of main research. Also the existence of differences of statistical function at levelO.01 in life skills according to child's sex in favor of females, and to the order of child in favor of the first child. Also in the family social and economic levels in favor of the higher level. Also the existence of differences of statistical function at levelO.Ol in personal traits according to the children order in favor of the first child, and the higher social and economic level. There are no differences of statistical function in the dimensions of personality traits among males and females. Lastly, the results proved he efficiency of he training program designed for developing life skills of K.G. children sample of experimental research and developing some of heir personal traits.
