|f The National Agency for Pharmaceutical Products for Human Medicine, established by Law No. 08—13 of 2008 on the Protection and Promotion of Health as an independent administrative authority, is one of the most important mechanisms to safeguard the protection of the consumer and its various interests because of its powers. However, the delay in its inauguration for nearly ten (10) years has had many negative effects, especially on the consumer, in the hope of recapturing the past and controlling the various future practices in this market in order to ensure effective protection of the consumer and its constitutional rights.\n Intervention Problem: We wonder about the role of the National Agency for Pharmaceutical Used in Human Medicine in consumer protection and how effective it is? |d L'agence nationale des produits pharmaceutiques à usage de la médecine humaine, une autorité administrative indépendante créée en vertu de la Loi n° 08-13 (2008) relative à la protection et à la promotion de la santé, est considérée comme l'un des plus importants mécanismes garantissant la protection du consommateur et de ses différents intérêts, vu l'étendue des pouvoirs qui lui sont conférés. Toutefois, le retard enregistré dans la mise en place de ladite agence (de presque 10 ans) a eu de graves répercussions notamment sur le consommateur; en espérant rattraper ce retard et régulariser les différentes pratiques futures dans ce marché afin d'assurer une concrétisation effective de la protection du consommateur et de ses droits constitutionnalisés.

|a تعتبر الوكالة الوطنية للمواد الصيدلانية المستعملة في الطب البشري المنشأة بموجب القانون رقم 08- 13 المؤرخ في 2008 المتعلق بحماية الصحة وترقيتها كسلطة إدارية مستقلة، إحدى أهم الآليات الضامنة لحماية المستهلك ومصالحه المختلفة بالنظر لما تتمتع به من صلاحيات، غير أن التأخر في تنصيبها لمدة قاربت العشر (10) سنوات كانت له إفرازات سلبية كثيرة سيما على المستهلك، على أمل استدراك مافات وضبط مختلف الممارسات المستقبلية في هذه السوق بما يضمن تكريسا فعالا لحماية المستهلك وحقوقه المدسترة. \nإشكالية المداخلة: نتساءل عن دور الوكالة الوطنية للمواد الصيدلانية المستعملة في الطب البشري في حماية المستهلك ومدى نجاعته؟ ثم ماهي الميكانيزمات التي تعتمدها الوكالة في سبيل تحقيق ذلك؟.
