|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تقصي فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتنمية مهارات التربية الجنسية لدى أمهات ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (20) أمًا من أمهات ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، وقد تم تقسيمهن إلى مجموعتين، أولاهما: مجموعة تجريبية، عددها (10) أمهات، وثانيتهما: مجموعة ضابطة، عددها (10) أمهات، وهؤلاء جميعهن ممن لديهن أبنا من ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية بمركز الجفالي للرعاية والتأهيل التابع لجمعية عنيزة للخدمات الإنسانية في منطقة القصيم في المملكة العربية السعودية. \ وقد تم اختيار الأمهات ممن تتراوح أعمارهن الزمنية ما بين (25-40) سنة، شريطة أن يكنَّ على قدرٍ مناسبٍ من التعليم، ولديهن أبنا معاقون فكريًا، وقد تمثلت أدوات البحث الحالي في مقياس التربية الجنسية (إعداد الباحثة) والبرنامج الإرشادي المعد في ذلك البحث لتنمية مهارات التربية الجنسية لدى أمهات ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية (إعداد الباحثة) واستغرق تطبيق البرنامج شهرا بمعدل ثلاث جلسات أسبوعيًا، وأشارت النتائج بوجه عام إلى فاعلية البرنامج المعد في تنمية مهارات التربية الجنسية لدى أمهات ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية.

|b The current research aims at investigating the effectiveness of a counseling program for the development of sexual education skills among mothers of children with intellectual disabilities. The study sample consisted of (20) mothers of persons of intellectual disabilities. They were divided into two groups: the first one is experimental group consisted of 10 mothers, and the second one is the controlled group of 10 mothers, all of whom have children with intellectual disabilities at the Jafali Center for Care and Rehabilitation of the Onaiza Humanitarian Services Association in Al-Qassim area in Saudi Arabia. \ Mothers aged between 25 and 40 years were selected, provided they were adequately educated and had children with intellectual disabilities. The current research tools included the Sexual Education Scale (the researcher's preparation) and the counseling program prepared for that research to develop the skills of sexual education among mothers of intellectual disabilities (prepared by the researcher). The application of the program took a month at the rate of three sessions a week, and the results generally indicated the effectiveness of the program designed to develop the skills of sexual education among mothers of intellectual disabilities.
