تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على إثر استخدام التكنولوجيا على متغيرات الهيكل التنظيمي "المعيارية" الرسمية" في شركة أفريقيا لتعبئة المشروبات. واعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستخدما استمارة استبيان أعدت خصيصا كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، ووزعت على عينة حجمها (60) مفرد اختيرت بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة، تمثل ما نسبته (26%) من حجم المجتمع الأصلي، وتم تحليل بيانات الدراسية واختبار فرضيتها باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية والمعروفة اختصارا "SPSS" ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ما يلي: - 1. عدم اهتمام الشركة بتخطيط وتحديد إدخال التكنولوجيا وبما يتناسب مع الإمكانيات المتوفرة والاحتياجات الفعلية. 2. تشير نتائج التحليل الإحصائي إلي وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام التكنولوجيا والمعيارية؛ وعدم علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام التكنولوجيا والرسمية. وختاما خصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات أهمها: 1. التأكيد على توفير الموارد المادية اللازمة والضرورية لشراء التكنولوجيا المتقدمة وتوظيفها لغرض تطويرها. 2. تذليل الصعوبات والمعوقات التي تواجه القيادات الإدارية بالشركة لاستخدام التكنولوجيا في التطوير.
This study aims to identify the impact of technology on the organizational structure variables ’’standard, the official " company in Africa to file the drinks. The researcher adopted a descriptive approach, using a questionnaire specially prepared as a tool to collect study data, and distributed to the sample size (60%) were selected in single simple random sample, representing a rate (26%) of the original size of the community. Emphasis on providing the resources needed and necessary for the purchase of advanced technology and employed for the purpose of development. 2. To overcome the difficulties and constraints faced by the administrative leadership of the company's use of technology in management development.
