المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أهم المشكلات التعليمية التي تواجه الطلاب المعوقين بصريا في منطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور، وكذلك التعرف على الاختلافات في الإدراك بين الوالدين في ضوء متغير، المنطقة التعليمية، المرحلة الدراسية للطالب، جنس الطالب، مستوى الدخل للأسرة، جنس ولي الأمر الذي قام بتعبئة الاستبانة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (44) ولي أمر طالب. \\\\ استخدم في الدراسة الحالية استبانة المشكلات التعليمية التي تواجه التلاميذ المعاقين بصريا (من إعداد الباحث). \\\\ وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المشكلات التي تتعلق بالمدرسة في المرتبة الأولى بأعلى متوسط حسابي بلغ (3.68)، ئم جاءت المشكلات التي تتعلق بالمنهاج وبمستوي مرتفع للبعدين، وجاءت المشكلات التي تتعلق بالأسرة ثالثا ثم المشكلات التي تتعلق بالمعلم في المرتبة الأخيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.03) وبمستوى متوسط، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي للمعوقات ككل (3.51) وهي بمستوى مرتفع. \\\\ أشارت النتائج أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية 0.05> a) )تعزى لأثر المنطقة، والجنس في بعد المشكلات التي تتعلق بالأسرة والمدرسة والمعلم وفي المجالات ككل باستثناء بعد المشكلات التي تتعلق بالمنهاج، وكانت المشكلات التي تتعلق بالمنهاج لصالح منطقة بريبة، ولصالح الإناث. \\\\ وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05> a)تعزى لأثر المرحلة الدراسية، و الدخل الشهري، ومن قام بتعبئة الاستبائة في جميع الأبعاد وفي المشكلات ككل. وقدم الباحث بعض الحلول للمشكلات التعليمية التي تواجه المعوقين بصريا، كما قدم بعض التوصيات المهمة.

The current study aimed to identify the most important educational problems facing visually impaired students in Qassim region from the parents' point of view, and to identify the differences in perception between parents in a light of the variables of the educational region, the student’s stage of study, the student’s gender, the household income level, gender the guardian who filled out the questionnaire, the study sample consisted of (44) parents of a student.

In the current study, a questionnaire of educational problems facing visually impaired students was used (prepared by the researcher).
The results of the study indicated that the problems related to the school came first, with the highest average of (3.68), then came problems related to the curriculum with a high level for the two dimensions, and problems related to the family came third, and then problems related to the teacher came last, with an arithmetic average of (3.03) with a medium level, the arithmetic average of the obstacles as a whole reached (3.51), which is at a high level.
The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences (0.05 ≥ α) due to the effect of the region and gender in the dimension of problems related to the family, school and teacher, and in the fields as a whole, except for the problems related to the curriculum, and the problems related to the curriculum were in favor of the Buraydah region, and in favor of females.
There were no statistically significant differences (0.05 ≥ α) due to the impact of the school stage, the monthly income, and who filled the questionnaire in all dimensions and in the problems as a whole. The researcher presented some solutions to the educational problems facing the visually impaired, in addition to some important recommendations.
