520 |b The purpose of this study is to highlight the features of the idea of ‘Right’ near Imam Shatiby by determining the basis of the ‘Right’ at first, and then the types of rights near him. To conclude these parameters by pointing out the purpose for which it was initiated. But before going into this, we stand a little bit to know the concept of right among fundamentalist, then only we can highlight the view of Shatibi in the better way. The contemplator of the book ‘Muwāfaqāt’ by Abu Ishaq al-Shatbi Al-Andalusi finds fertile material of jurisprudential theories; such as the theory of truth, and the theory of motivation, theory of fate, and the theory of abuse in the use of right and others to know that this science i.e. doctrinal theories, has matured in the thought of this man. It is known that any science when authoring in it reaches the level of jurisprudence, it means that it has matured and completed. Therefore, it is certain that the extraction of some of these theories from the books of Shatiby, and formulating them in scientific ways that commensurate with the nature of the theory and scientific significance, and then classifying and studying them scientifically reflect the value of fundamentalism.
