المستخلص: La sécurité sociale est l'un des besoins fondamentaux qui ont reconnu la nécessité de son existence sociologues et de psychologues à la vie des travailleurs et des équipes de travail dans une organisation, et que pour pratiquer ces activités sociale fonctionnels et professionnelle et créative dans l''entreprise est distincte et les patients, et d'atteindre ainsi la stabilité des travailleurs à l'entreprise, qui à son tour, le travail pour atteindre le comportement de la performance souhaitée de l''entreprise du parti, et ici, on peut dire que la performance de travail dépend beaucoup de la disponibilité de confort psychologique, la paix et le bien-être social du facteur physique.
Cette étude vise à le contexte sociologique pour atteindre plusieurs objectifs l’un le plus important et la plus exhaustive claire et précise sur les mérites de la relation entre l'institution de sécurité sociale dans l'exécution du travail.

Social security is one of the basic factors of a healthy human gathering, and it is one of the basic needs recognized by social scientists and psychologists in the lives of workers and work teams in any institution in order to exercise their social, professional and creative activity in the institution in a distinct and satisfactory manner, thus achieving labor stability in the enterprise, which in turn achieves the desired work performance behavior on the part of the institution, and, thus, it can be said that the performance of the work depends very much on the availability of psychological comfort, social peace, and material well-being of the worker.
This study aims in the sociological context to achieve several objectives, the most important and the most comprehensive of which is to shed a clear and accurate light on the basis of the relationship between social security in the institution and the work performance.

يعد الأمن الاجتماعي من المعطيات الأساسية للتجمع البشري السليم وهو من الحاجات الأساسية التي أقر بضرورة وجودها علماء الاجتماع والنفس في حياة العمال وفرق العمل في أي مؤسسة، وذلك لأجل ممارسة هؤلاء نشاطهم الاجتماعي و المهني و الإبداعي في المؤسسة بشكل متميز ومرضى، وبالتالي تحقيق الاستقرار العمالي في المؤسسة، والذي بدوره يحقق سلوك أداء العمل مرغوب من طرف المؤسسة، وهنا يمكن القول أن أداء العمل متوقف بدرجة كبيرة جدا على توفر راحة نفسية والسلام الاجتماعي والرفاهية مادية للعامل.
تهدف هذه الدراسة في السياق السوسيولوجى لتحقيق عدة أهداف أهمها و أشملها إلقاء الضوء بدقة ووضوح على حيثيات العلاقة القائمة بين الأمن الاجتماعي في المؤسسة بأداء العمل.
