|d Les raisons du mariage mixte sont bien sûr multiples. Globalement, c’est sans doute avant tout parce que le contexte de globalisation facilite les rencontres. \nDevant ce phénomène de masse, les autorités Algérienne ont Abrogé l’ordonnance (70-86) du 15/11/1970 au dépend ( 12-01du 27/02/2005. \nAinsi, l’époux étranger des deux sexe marié à un époux Algérien n’est pas obligé de renoncer à sa nationalité d’origine lorsqu’il désire acquérir la nationalité Algérienne.

|f With economic openness, as a result of the information and communication revolution, and the recruitment of foreign labor into Algeria, the phenomenon of mixed marriage has widened. \nIn the face of this phenomenon, the Algerian authorities have endeavored to adapt the law by amending the Nationality Act promulgated in Order No. 70-86 of 15 November 1980 by Order No. 05-10 of 27 February 2005 to make it more flexible. \n Under this new amendment, a foreign spouse married to an Algerian woman could acquire Algerian nationality, and it is no longer necessary for a foreign spouse of either sex who is married to an Algerian to renounce his or her original nationality if he wishes to acquire Algerian nationality through marriage. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a في ظل الانفتاح الاقتصادي، ونتيجة ثورة المعلومات والاتصالات، واستقدام الأيدي العاملة الأجنبية إلى الجزائر، اتسعت ظاهرة الزواج المختلط. \nوأمام هذه الظاهرة عملت السلطات الجزائرية، لتكييف القانون، من خلال تعديل قانون الجنسية الصادر في الأمر(70-86) المؤرخ في 15/11/1980 بموجب أمر(05-10) المؤرخ في 2005/02/27، ليصبح أكثر مرونة. \nوبموجب هذ/ التعديل الجديد، فتح المجال للزوج الأجنبي المتزوج من جزائرية باكتساب الجنسية الجزائرية، كما أنه لم يعد لازما للزوج الأجنبي من" الجنسين" والمتزوج من طرف جزائري التنازل عن الجنسية الأصلية إذا ما رغب في اكتساب الجنسية الجزائرية بفضل الزواج.
